855-320-1408  and 855-320-1409 united calling people trying to get money. They cant give you a valid fax number to fax it to but an email customerhelp@unitedresolution.info. They f****ng with wrong people calling our parents and mother in law ....how would they have that information......seriously. Have filed with district justice office, and filing a legal complaint.

I keep getting calls from this number EVERY.SINGLE.NIGHT and even AFTER 9pm which I thought was not allowed even when they get around the do not call regulations.  FRUSTRATING!!!!

They have been calling me every night, up until 8:45 at night, when my daughter is sleeping... Never leave a voicemail, just keep calling EVERY NIGHT for over a week...

I tried to call them back this morning to tell them to stop calling me, but the line has been busy. This will not be a very pleasant phone call...

Obnoxious, irritating, and they aren't accomplishing anything other than waking my family up.

Received call - did not answer - they left no message.  I am on the Do Not Call Registry.

Have been knowingly getting calls from this number for last six days. Installed digital phone from TW Cable 2/3/04, who supposedly made arrangements with my former carrier, Frontier. The serviceman cut the outside wiring to use the inside wiring.  
Have probably been getting calls much longer, but didn't have caller ID before.  On all known calls I have heard a hang up a few seconds after answering.  No voice contact or message.

This is Frontier selling LD packages.  I bit on the pitch last summer, but they misrepresented (nice way to to say it) the price.  Filed complaint with state Utilities Commission.  After investigation, got money back and an apology from Frontier.

Now guess what?  This 855 number starts showing up on my caller ID again this week.

Its Frontier Communications, you have to tell them to specifically quit calling you.  I haven't had a call since I told the person on the other end to quit calling and remove me from their list.

This number called tonight at 8:22 pm--I answered and no one was there. I obtained the number by dilaing *69 and then looked it up online. That's how I found this thread. I recently dropped Frontier Communications and switched to Comcast--not because Comcast is better, but because Comcast was willing to negotiate a lower price for my phone/t.v./internet service. NOTE: Frontier tied up my telephone number for 19 days during the switch! Today is the first day I've been able to receive incoming calls since the Comcast technician was here to make the switch for me. I had to complain to the Citizens Utility Board (CUB), a not-for-profit organization here in Illinois, to get any action. I've had my telephone number for 19 years and use it for both my home and business. The damage to my business in not being able to receive incoming calls for nearly three weeks--I can't even estimate it!

I have recieved a call from them as well. If they are Frontier Communications, they have bought verizon tin the midwest that I know of. So they want to sell you service of some kind.

Keep calls from 855-320-4670 every morning between 8 to 9 am to change to  between 6 to 9 pm every night  to be steady for 2 weeks to answer nothing at alll. So we researched this ph # 855-320-4670 belong to whom plus what's going on with our strobe flashers by phone's rings at other shop in every day to find out it was from Frontier Company. Why? That's not suppose that call for "Disturb to our Peace" Oh Dear Please Remove Our Phone Number Period At Once!

Keep getting call from this number every night. Sometimes get the call multiple times. No one ever responds when we answer. And do not leave a message if we do not answer.

I received a call from this number at 3:20pm and when I answered the phone there was no one on the line (hung up maybe?).  When I checked with this website and discovered that it was Frontier, I called them back (maybe 5 minutes later...3:25 PM) and a recording said that Frontier business hours are over and please call back during business hours...!  I don't understand why they would have a robot calling service placing calls if there isn't anyone to actually there to take the call when someone answers the phone...

@Frontier:  It's time the fire the manager in charge of that part of your business and find someone who can manage it properly...

The caller said they were from Frontier and wanted to see if they could offer me a better deal than what I was currently getting through them.  At first it sounded like a good deal but when they had to switch me to a 3rd party verifier I got suspicious especially after I was told I could only respond in "yes" or "no" responses. Anything other than that would disconnect the call and cancel the upgrade.  Also the guy continued to ask me if I put a block on my account so no one could switch services on me without my permission and when I told him yes, he was trying to get me to unblock it to which I refused.  I learned a long time ago to do that after my long distance phone carrier kept changing without my permission and of course the prices of my phone calls would sky rocket!

Needless to say I hung up the phone.  The guy called back directly after and connected me to the 3rd party verifier in which I promptly told them I was uncomfortable with the whole thing, and the call was disconnected.

I immediately called Frontier to inquire about this whole thing and found out that Frontier does not call their customers unless the customer requested it. I was told they do not call customers to try to find them a better deal either.  I was advised to ignore the phone call as it is a scam and to keep my block active on the account.  Thankfully my account wasn't tampered with and everything is still fine.

Ridiculous.  I have now told two different reps to take us off their list and stop calling.  The pathetic thing is, we already use Frontier and have a bundle package through them.  All their harassment is doing is making me consider dropping the service I already have with them and going with someone else (assuming, of course, I can find an honest company for phone/high-speed-internet that doesn't use these same tactics).

LMAO they have been calling like crazy and just had a representative from Frontier ring my doorbell!  HARD SELL

Several calls lately from this number: (855) 320-4670. Each time the number shows up on my caller ID, but the caller does not leave a message. I researched it and found this site and discovered it was Frontier Communications (our local & long distance provider). Not a great marketing strategy--very irritating.

this number called me & hung up. First call of the day on my pay as you go cell, so it cost me $2.00. makes me want learn how to spoof my cid and call them back & run their bill up.

I don't know if it would work for your pay as you go, but for many carriers, it is *67 then dial the number.

Keep getting calls from (855) 320-4670 claiming to be Frontier Communications & wanting me to upgrade my package.

I have talked to 3 different "reps" & told ALL of them "Not interested.  Stop calling."  And yet, the calls keep rolling in.

If this TRULY was Frontier, I think my service provider would abide by my wishes & stop harassing me. . . . just on the chance I get pissed off & switch my carrier.  But maybe that's the whole point.

I don't believe it is Frontier.  I think it's a bait-&-switcheroo.  Don't fall for this trick.
