This company is a joke. I called them a year ago on a Friday morning because I had broken a crown and needed to get into a dentist FAST. They made me an appointment for 4pm and took all my insurance info (including state of origin), etc. I live in California. When 3pm rolled around they called to say they couldn't verify my insurance because it was an east coast company which was closed for the day. They knew it was east coast when I gave them the info 6 hours earlier. They wanted to switch me to Monday when I was going in for something I would classify as an emergency (broken crown = serious pain). Further, they waited till 3pm Friday which made it really hard for me to find someone else. But I did and told them to shove it. Now they pester me with calls every month or so wanting me to book an appointment. Ugh!
