These people are something else. They call and call and call. Same message each time. Even after my work told them I can't have calls at work they keep calling!!!!! When I called them back I offered to go to my local PD or Sheriffs office and then they claimed the never had a warrant!! I then reiterated that I cannot have calls at work they said " this office doesn't make outgoing calls " I guess I just pulled the number out of the air. I filled out complaint forms to FTC and my state AGs office

These people have been calling me stating they are going to press criminal charges against me if I dont pay the debt that I supposedly have in full. I do not know the name of the company, but the phone # is 855-331-5928

These same people are calling my parents, my in-laws, my daughters, even my wife's ex. The story started with calls saying I was listed in a complaint and the plaintiff was offering me an opportunity to resolve the matter. Then the calls changed to, I am involved in some legal case, and there is a warrant issued. If I want and to avoid being arrested call 855-331-5928 and resolve the matter. Now they are calling saying I missed my last chance to settle and that I will be served a summons if I don't call the same 855-331-5928 and resolve the matter. Now they say they are coming to my home or place of employment to serve me. Well, COME ON. I don't know if I am more upset about the threats of legal action against me or the fact that they are calling harassing my family members. It really upsets me they would call my wife's ex, because we are not on the best of terms in the first place. Not to mention the humiliation of someone telling us and others this is happening.  I WANT them to show up at my door so I will get the satisfaction to "resolve the matter" with a foot in their butt.  Don't spend time trying to locate them because its all blocked or VOIP. Nobody is saying who, what, why, where the matter comes from. SCAM

I don't think it's a scam because this guy from the county just called saying he's serving me papers between such and such time today. I'm assuming it's an officer? Because of what he was saying.

I also got a call from Kim Johnson. She left a VM that this was my last chance and left a phone number and case number. A week later I had another voicemail from the same person with the same message. Funny how I keep getting another "Last chance" every week.  From now on, I'm deleting the VM from "unknown" as I am not giving them the time of day to lsiten to their fraudelant messages. If this is truly a legit issue, then something would be sent in the mail or a "real" process server would deliver a court summons.  This is a  SCAM......

I find it interesting that I have gotten numerous call's from a "Kim Johnson" looking for a Tabeetha Forst same info saying they have a court summons for her.  I have told her every time that person does not live here and quit calling.  The last time I let her leave a message and she left 855-331-5928 as a call back number.  I called the number and Mark answered.  I told him if I got one more call I would file harrassment charges he told me he did not appreciate the threat and hung up.

Received a call from a woman to call 8553315928 or she was going to serve me court paper. I told her I wasn't going to call that number to serve me the papers. She said I need to forms of identification I ask her when she was going to be at my home so that I could have the law here when she came. I called the police department and they said that is not how they do business and if she came to call them back. I called the number she gave me and they said I needed 10 digit number and I only had 6. When they ask for the last 4digits of my S.S number I said no and they told me they couldn't tell me anything and was going to hank up.

My parents called me at work and said someone called and asked for my step dad and stated he was listed on a summons for me. I checked my phone and also had a voicemail from an unknown number from a Tracy Dobbs stating that I was being summoned and this was my only chance to contact them. I googled the number and it led me to this page, with the same complaints. SCAM!

I received a message from Kim Folger indicating that I am to be served. She also left a case number. It is a scam. They are trying to scare people into paying. The first phone call came from Lydia King at 855-861-2263 then a few minutes later Kim called from 855-331-5928. Get real!! Don't fall for it!! IT IS A SCAM!!!

person by the name of Christina Johnson have contacted me several times claiming to be a process server.when she called at first, it was from an unknown #. she then gave me another number to call,855-331-5928 along with a case #.the person on the other end of the phone was just as rude as Christina.I knew, these two immediately were working together to scam me.It just didnt feel right.He had me on hold for several minutes after I gave him my case#.When I asked him what was this about he said something about check fraud.I knew then I was being scammed.

Get unknown calls from a Paul Lewis telling me that I will be served a summons to my house and then my place of employment.  i need to call the plaintiff at 855-331-5928.  Why don't they just tell you the name of the company.  If it was all that serious, why haven't I gotten anything in the mail from the company.  It's nothing but a scam and I am tired of them calling.  He called 3 times back to back.  I don't answer an unknown number at work or at home.

These people called my 70 year old mother saying I had been writing bad checks and had a case # for court. Thank God, my mother did not give them any information. They are a scam. I am not even in the country now and haven't been for 3 years! Don't give them ANY information.

Enhanced Acquisitions and RH group are one in the same. This will be proven all you have to do is follow the paper trail. David will answer the phone at 844-592-4855. For enhanced acquisitions. He also calls you from 877-576-2970 now a Enhanced Acquisition number. That phone number 877-576-2970 was registered to Northern Resolutions inc a junk debt buyer collector that the NY Attorney General fined and put out of business in Jan 2014. They changed there name to RH group (same debt junk debt buyer collector)in Jan 7, 2014.  Now,  DAVID calls from the old Northern Resolution number which is now the new Enhanced Acquisition number. When out of the blue a unknown mystery person calls you implying you have been sued and tells you to call 855-331-5928 or 855-358-8251 both belonging to RH group.collectors.

christina johnson called me to saying she was faxed over a formal complaint and summons and i had one chance to contact the plaintiff at 855-331-5928. i called and spoke to matthew at the RH group. I asked him to connect me to christina johnson. He said he didn't know who she was. Christina Johnson called back two days later and said I had a chance to settle with the plaintiff at her office, but now it is to late and she is looking for me to serve me papers now I should call this number 855-358-8251 also came back to RH group (Rotech Holding.) She never said who she worked for who the papers and summons were from.  Everyone knows you can't get a summons until after a civil case has been filed in the county that you live in. AND they wouldn't call you on the phone first because there job is to deliever the summons not help settle some kind of case. SCAM..EVERYONE PLEASE report calls like these to CFPB. (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) and the BBB it will help close them down. Go to web site of NY attorney Generals office they just closed down the same kind of scam by other New York Scum scammerers. There have been several complaints about this same company Enhanced Acquisitions lets shut DAVID and CHRISTINA JOHNSON DOWN they.  Everyone else please write your story down for us to compare. I know David and Christina Johnson will be reading these also, and waiting for the law to serve them.

i got 2 phone calls at work, he said he would be here in about 1/2 hour to serve me with a summons,  i said ok, then he called back and ask if i called the number he gave me and i said no and he said i had to call so he could come and serve me papers, but in the first phone conversation he said he was on his way. he said i should have received papers in the mail and i didnt and i ask why he wasnt calling me on my personal phone, he said the work number was the only number he had for me.  i ask him who sent the papers he said he didnt know, i just had to call this number, so i called and it was not a business just someone answering hello, this is Mark.

I got a call from this number at work and they called my cousin house asking for me and telling them. She is Angela White in reference to case ID # ------/---- (summon for fraud charges) to contact her at 855-331-5928. When I called the number they say "hello, this is Matthew" no name of the business or who you are calling. The court's send out letter's to your house saying when you need to be in court or you missed your court date
