After also getting this call, I called my atty and was advised that this happens because of the payday loan industry, I too had the debt and I remembered the name, but did not know the company calling. My atty said that the accounts are sold to lots of different companies and that that could possibly be one, but they have to have certain things in place in order to operate legit and alot of them do not, so due to that he said I don't have to pay them. Now I am no dirt bag, so I am not saying to take payday loans and then don't pay due to that, but I just thought it would be helpful info because even with my atty info the calls just continued as the account was passed, so in short I will never get another payday loanEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you to previous posters for the warning, and thank you to the legitimate debt collector for calling the next day throwing up a red flag.  I had already given this fraud my debit card number because I did know I owed the company they referenced.  Tried calling them back after the real debt collector called and no answer or response to my voicemail.  Googled the 2 call back numbers they gave me and they were from different states.  Canceled my card before they took anything out.  Retrospectively there was alot of red flags on my original call with them.  Hopefully this is the last I hear from these b*****ds.  Tanika mcall whoever you are I know you're associated with these criminals.  You should be in jail yourself

And I'm sure they gave you a new house, a new car, and life has been so grand you sleep on a pile of money and fart rainbows since this company called.  Why of course.  Take that shilly shill nonsense elsewhere, OK?  We don't buy it.

I to thought this company was fraud but after looking into my records realized that they were legitimate and that I did forget to pay my loan. they offered me a settlement and sent me documentation for my records. They were very helpful

This call comes in once a day.  It is a recorded message.  A male voice with a recording of "your name" which is wrong by the way.  They state their office has Identified you in attempt of bank fraud...then goes on to say something about prosecution.  I have no idea what this is about but since it is not my named identified I will not call back.  I have considered sharing this with an attorney to see if they would make the call to investigate.  Oh and by the way they have called a non- family member as well with this same message.  Strange

These are check fraud scammers trying to scare you into giving them money. They will say you are being investigated for check fraud and that your social security number is in their database (this is all by pre recorded message by the way). They tell you to call this 855 number where someone answers as "Solomon & Metro". Googled it. Nothing comes up with that name as a business. Don't give them your money!!!
