Its' legit because I just changed my debit card, and now I'm getting a call from tem so I'm assuming its legit! but dont' quote me on that.

call from Monitronics insisting there was a charge for "2 false alarm calls" in December 2011. This service is on auto-pay, but they said they could not bill it through autopay and wanted us to pay it by credit card over the phone. How can we know if this is legit.
