Wtf are they mumbling about?

Keeps calling me but never leaves a message

Please stop all these calls.  Very early AM calls and disturbs my sleep,can't speak English and I am unable to understand them.  I am NOT interested in anything they say, sell etc.

sick of this number calling from 8 am until 10 pm I don't know who they are but I wish they would stop

Apparently the company X (unkown) refuses to identify itself properly. Maybe the people calling have mental issues?

calls 3 - 4 times a day. want it to stop

This number called me three times in one day and did not leave a message; however, today they called me 4 times, back to back and left four voice mail messages.  They do not announce who they are, they did state my name (full name...) and stated that after many attempts to contact me without answer, I now need to contact them and they give a reference number.  Funny thing is, in the four back to back messages they left me, the reference number changed each time!  I am not going to waste my time calling back, as obviously a file number would not change each time they called.  Take note, that if this number attempts to contact me again, LEGAL ACTION will be taken.  This is the ONLY warning from me you will get.  Call again and this will be actioned by my lawyer.  I have a record of all the calls you have made and have saved all of your voice mail messages.  DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN OR LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN!

They have called several times, always when I'm at work so nobody to pick up the phone, and never a message. I'm on the DNC list but it seems to do squat about companies that either mistakenly start calling you or have a beef but just set you up on their automated list to just keep harassing. I have one bill that I refuse to pay - small amount but I did not use their service after I cancelled - but they kept billing for the full monthly amount for zero use of services, then sent me to a collection agency. I have request for them to let a court decide, in both writing and verbally, but they did not do that - for 3 years I am endlessly bothered. Every once in a while the collection agency gives up and then they give my bill to another. I also tell the collection agency that I want to go to small claims court and they ignore me and demand I pay a bill I don't owe. (so they can get their commission, I'm sure)

This is so wrong. I can't afford to hire a lawyer to sue them, so I am woken up and endlessly bothered because THEY screwed up their accounting.

No idea if this is just a new one (collection agency) or ??????? No ID shows for the #, no msg, nothing.

same thing i got a call and i called it back and it just played music as well.

they called me likec, if ur gonna call 8 times and everytime i pick up all i hear is music, if ur gonna call me, at least be a person not the f'n radio....dont know who it is, nor do i want to know
