I have received two calls today from this number 855-363-7444 and have received several call in the past year.  This is the reason that I am looking into changing providers for electric as I have a few choices.   I also verify that the elec. company has cashed my check  and after it is cashed is when these calls come in and say I owe money.

I just got a call from this number I do not owe a balance I refuse to pick up in fear that it is fraud.

This number keeps calling my house and never leaves a message, or if they do it's Hello. pause, hello, pause, hello then hang up. It is quite annoying.

Who do you report it to? I keep getting calls as well!

I just received my first call from this number. I thought it was suspicious since it was just a recording of a woman's voice urging me to call them back. I have no account with Just Energy. They didn't even ask for my name. I checked the number and noticed that I'm not the only one being pestered by them. I will not be calling them back and will be reporting them. They have nothing to do with National Grid.

Like you, I have received my first call - but I let it go to the voice mail. It was a standard message that urged me (they didn't repeat my name), to return their call. I know it's a scam because I hold no such account with Just Energy, if indeed they are trying to reach whoever answered to collect whatever.

These people have called me 3 times in the past week.  I had the same situation as this person, "A woman's voice comes on the voice mail asking you to call 855-363-7444 immediately and it identifies itself as Just Energy Massachusetts.  I have called the main # of Just Energy and they have nothing to do with this.  I have no balance due and they were going to red flag the # I gave them.  Received another call this morning.  I decided to answer it and a man's voice in a heavy foreign accent said I owed money.  I told him to stop calling or I would report him. This # has called my home at least 2 times a day for the last month.  I usually let it go to answering machine.  A woman's voice comes on the voice mail asking you to call 855-363-7444 immediately and it identifies itself as Just Energy Massachusetts.  I have called the main # of Just Energy and they have nothing to do with this.  I have no balance due and they were going to red flag the # I gave them.  Received another call this morning.  I decided to answer it and a man's voice in a heavy foreign accent said I owed money.  I told him to stop calling or I would report him.  He said he would continue to call until I paid.  I immediately called the main number on my National Grid bill for Just Energy (they are the supplier) and the customer service woman was very upset and said she would definitely look into this because it was ruining the reputation of a legitimate company.  I have no balance.  It's a SCAM!!

Claiming they are affiliated with National Grid and they are collecting money that you owe.  If it is not paid your Electric or Gas will be disconnected.  They are calling all day and night.
