My son has been receiving phone calls from a woman named Alison who claims that papers are going to be served for alleged  fraudulent activity on a checking account. And then he got another call stating it was about a default on a payday loan. She told my son she was coming by his place of residence to serve papers to appear in court and if he wasn't there she would come by his place of employment.  Never showed up.  When trying to return calls no one ever answers.  They have begun to call my place of employment and leave messages on my cell phone and I don't know how they got my information.  I decided to look them up can't find any public record for AAPA.  So I Goggled one of the names that was on the voicemail and AAPA and I found this site which says it's all a scam.  What a bunch of losers!  I'm going to urge my son to file with the FBI, AG, BBB, FCC, and any other alphabet agencies I can think of.  They need to be stopped!

The typical generic "Shill Pre-emptive strike"......to validate your reason for coming to a complaint site.   Rave on a** breath because no one here is going to believe a word you have said.

If you're so happy with this outfit then you'll have no objection to me reminding people that unless they receive a notice of validation by mail ( NOT e-mail or fax.) & have VERIFIED ALL its contents they should NOT pay this outfit a DIME!
And of course there's the fact that everyone should know the statutes of limitations regarding debt in their state. My guess is that you'll be none to happy about my reminding folks of their rights. None of us will wonder why.
Skeff Ett Liv!

I would like to thank AAPA firm for assisting me on my old Kay Jewelers account from over 4 years ago. My wife and I received a call from Sean McCarthy a few weeks ago he was very informative and allowed me to do a payment program. The reason for my post is usually individuals like myself post complaints on here about collection companies but we should give credit where credit is due. Very good company that helped us clear up this debt I am thankful.
