No worries everyone.  It is a scam.  They get your information off of the internet.  They call out of India but use US numbers.  This has been happening to me for years.  It is actually entertaining to screw back with them.   You aren't going to jail or court.   They just want your money.  Unfortunately some people sadly fall for it and send these idiots some.

i RECEIVED A CALL ON MY CELL FROM 92771, THE CALL WAS ABOUT A PAYDAY LOAN I HAVE NEVER TAKEN A PAYDAY LOAN. i HAVE RECENTLY FILED COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR 2 OTHER COMPANIES FOR THE SAME PRACTICES. I HAVE HAD IT. i DON'T KNOW WHO THESE PEOPLE ARE BUT IM NOT GOING TO TAKE IT SITTING DOWN. i TOLD HIM TO SEND ME WHAT HE HAS AND I WILL TAKE IT TO THE AUTHORITES IN MY STATE AND HUNG UP. NEVER ONCE DID i SAY IF HE HAD THE RIGHT PERSON. i WILL BE CHANGING MY CELL PHONE AND NO MORE ONLINE SURVEYS FROM ME. I HAVE BEEN REENTLY GETTING THESE CALLS DO TO A MORTGAGE. i just got call from 92771 myself told me they where 1115 Ave. for americans an i needed to pay 625.25 or i was going to court an i will not win an i will have to pay 4,526.25 they had all my personal info an everything an i never called for no loan i said i was filing a police report an he said do what i have to do but he will see me in court what the heck? how do i report this

I received a call from 92771.  The VM left stated the caller's name as "Chuck".
Asking me to call  5672440607 Said to call back or I'd be responsible for legal procedings. Call He is now JACK.
When asked if I was who they was calling I said no, because if you say yes & they are recording it it may be sliced into a junk thing. He says I will never get another call from their office, too wild.

They didnt answer phone professionally so I have no idea what company they are.

How can I get them to stop calling for good? I informed my attorney and I did a complaint with FTC and registered my number in the national do not call list

I had Kevin from White & Case Law firm. I told him to never call me again and that he was fraud. He said I would have the police at my door step tomorrow. I did not even get to why he was calling I knew it was fraud. I told Kevin I was going to report him to the police. He hung up on me. What a bunch of crap. Hope no one falls for people like this.

I received a call from 92771.  The VM left stated the caller's name as "Kevin".

I returned to the call to the 855-385-2085, however, the guy's name was now "Chuck Davis".  He stated he was from the Federal Cyber Crime Investigation Department out of New York.  I asked for a mailing address and he told me it was 1155 Ave. of Americans., New York.

He told me that they were pressing charges against me for 3 crimes:  check deception, check fraud, and theft.  (LMAO!)

I told him this call was being recorded for further review.  He then cut it short and said do what you need to, if not taken care of he would see me at the courthouse in 2 days!!!

I am looking into how to turn this into the FBI.

I've been receiving phone calls for the last three days from a Mark Walters saying I owe $5000 from a loan I never paid back. He had my SSN and an old email I haven't used in three years. He told me that I could avoid paying the $5000 if I paid him $500 and only gave me two hours to call him back. This guy had a huge Indian accent and i could barely understand him. I looked up the law firm he was calling from "White & Case Law Firm" in New York and I found a shady website, but when I went on the BBB website there was no listing of the company. The first time I talked him he didn't want to give me any info about where he was calling from. The third time he called he finally gave me the number (855) 385-2085 so I looked up the number and saw other people where getting these calls too. Oh and I ran credit report to make sure someone hadnt opened a loan in my name and there was no such loan!

Now that's the attitude........I have fun with these calls.   Mostly I will ask them to hold while I change phones.  Then I listen and see how long they are willing to hold.   Then I say,  "Sorry i had to answer the door"  then see if they will hold a little longer before i hang up on them.......Live is good if you play it right.

Got a call from Michael Clark stating that he was with a law fir White & something, he was clearly from India, very heavy accent. Stated that I was beibg taken to court for a unpaid payday loan of which I have none! I told him to proceed with it and hung up.

I keep getting the same call as everyone else. Kevin from Ron Adams law firm. He demands $1,000.00 or he will have me arrested on Monday.  I have filed a complaint with the FTC.  I recommend everyone do that if they have been called by Kevin.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

I just got a call from someone today and he said he was taking my case to court Monday and I would be going to jail if I didn't pay $1000+ today. I of course freaked out because i had no idea what he was talking about. He was very pushy and had an accent and said he was with white and case law firm. Eventually he said if I paid $250 today he wouldn't take the case to court but that I needed to get a green dot card from Walmart and make the payment that way. I started to get suspicious and looked up the law firm and they have no record of a case involving me and they would never call people and demand money to stop a case being filed. He has since called me three times but now that i know its a scam I am definitely not answering. These people only try to scare you into paying them. Thinking about calling the police since they are claiming to be a law firm that they are not.

I just got 3 calls back to back from Kevin, Ron Adams and Rachel. Apparently I am being sued for a paydat loan i dont have nor never have had. it is ridiculous. And When I tried to call his bluff he started calling me every obsence name in the book really professional comng from a suposed lawyer lol what ever.. I just would like it to stop there must be something that can be done and the local authorities said they cant do anything???

Apparently some Indian thugs will come and collect their money.  But he does wish me luck as the events unfold.  If they call again, then I will start calling back and try to annoy the crap out of them. I might even use an Indian accent and then ask them if they want a Slurpee with the money.

I just got a call from rachel woods and apparently I'm going to jail if me nor my attorney calls her back.....funny I had to retreive the number from my caller ID because I can barely understand a word she said!....I hope no one ever falls for their crap....

i am telling you all just keep calling them over and over, that is what i have done....thanks to unlimited calling.... let me tell you they get pissed at you and will leave you alone... but dont stop there just keep calling them...i have called them every min today and thats alot of phone calls to them.....trust me they dont want me to call them any more but i do......call them and tell them crazy bobby said to call them...lol you will get a kick out of it....

So I just got a call from this same person, I have dealt with them before. They are full of hot air is all and phoney as hell. Any way when I did a phone number search on google and I found this for a site on facebook, the phone number under US is the same as the one in the posts above...hmmm...and there is an email address attached so maybe they need a dose of their own medicine??:

I also keep getting these calls from KEVIN.  It is very upsetting to hear someone who can't even speak English say I am being sued for whatever reason.  This needs to stop!!  Go back to where you came from KEVIN!!!

I got the same Guy, Ron Adams twice today and once earlier this week claiming a federal lawsuit against me. This is all bogus.

Indian guy calls again this morning. Says he's Ron Adams with Weigand law and I'm being sued from a payday loan company. I have no payday loans! Guy is a real nuisance. Has used other office names before and I've asked to speak to supervisor and it may be same guy. I'm calling DA's office. I let him know that I have seen this number listed on this and other websites and I know he is a conman so he can stop calling.

Damn guys have fun with it....they called me too, so in return I called them back several times a day to see how there doing....after several calls to them they start getting a little upset but a taste of there own med. is good for them...lol...just have fun with it, and yes I plan on calling them every day just to drive them crazy....remember to have fun with it....if they hang up just call them right back....and when they start sending you to there voice mail, just go with it.....I have left them over 100 messages today alone and more to come tomorrow

I received 2 calls from this number today.  Since I did not recognize the number, I did not answer it.  Both times went to voicemail and someone with a thick foreign accent said something about me or my attorney calling them.  I finally called them back and they would not give me any info either.  Just said it had to do with some Cyber crime and that I needed my lawyer to call them.  I told them until they could give me more information such as who they were and what this was in regards to that I would not provide them with any information.  The guy got VERY VERY upset and started yelling at me.  I hung up.  I have since tried to call them back three times.  The same guy answers with a different name.  I asked for a supervisor and he said he was a supervisor.  I told him no he was not and that I will be reporting these calls to the police and filing a report for harassment.  This is ridiculous!!

Got the same call from a Kevin...It's a scam.  I have had this type of call before.  How they get my number?  I have no idea.  Just ignore.  They use American names but they all have indian accents.  They make it sound so urgent.  Can't help but laugh.
