I also found it sketchy when they called and said they were Chase, especially since I could barely hear them on the voicemail they left.
After calling the Chase number on the back of my card and listening to the voicemail again I found that it was Chase DISPUTE Services calling about a dispute I had started on a charge.

All good in the end.

This number is supposedly from Chase card services; the message said it was about an increase in Chase Visa card services however we don't have a Chase credit card account.
