I am posting here, about 866-611-6360.

A collector called and left a message for someone who does not live in my house. The message said that they were going to be pressing charges and the person would have to answer in court.
The caller demanded to know where the person was immediately.
I called the number and asked the woman, who answered, if they were a collection agency and she said, no, they were a legal department. I said, ok. who is the lawyer, in your office, and she said why do you ask. I laughed and said BYE.

Mr. Thomas called me from 866-611-6360.  First a woman left messages at my in laws saying that they were calling in regards to check fraud and larsony charges.  I called the number and asked for her by name and they said "who".  Put me on hold and asked for the case number.  I gave him what I had and he had personal information on my soc. sec. number as well.  Said that I had an outstanding payday loan and that unless I made a payment they were going to serve me at work and at home.

Royal Solutions number 1-866-611-6360  If you call, they ask "put in the extension number of the person you are trying to reach, if you don't know it, dial 0."  When I dialed 0 it said, "there is no one here to answer your call".

Well I jumped in on this one today on behalf of my daughter.  I called these little b*****ds about 17 times today.  I did file a complaint with the FTC on them.  I'm a PI and told them I'd find their sorry little a***s.  They actually called a relative (senior citizen) and tried to tell her that my daughter would go to jail unless she paid it for her!!!  It upset her a lot.  I know it's one big scam, but I would love to find what hole these little spineless b*****ds are hiding and put them in a cell for about 24 hours with some sex crazed maniac who could make them scream!  I talked to Mr. Neil, Mr. Stiff and Mr. Thomas..all who I believe were the same guy (some black dude).  I also talked to some black woman who called me every name in the book.  I did ask them how they liked being harrassed.   They informed me that they were going to have my phone turned off if I kept calling them back..I told them....ooooooooo I'm so scared..you go ahead and do that!  AMAZING!

Now Joseph,  you take that back!   That was just a downright hateful thing to say. I know there are mean people on this board who have said hurtful things to and about you,  but I'm sure they are sorry by now.
Now you apologize to everyone,  RIGHT NOW,  .........and call you mother..

Debt Collector
The Federal Trade Commission has issued a warning for consumers to be on the alert for scam artists posing as debt collectors.  It may be hard to tell the difference between a legitimate debt collector and a fake one. Some times a fake collector may even have some of your personal information,  like bank account number.  A caller may be a fake debt collector if he:

Is seeking payment on a debt for a loan you do not recognize.
Refuses to give you a mailing address or phone number.
asks you for personal financial or sensititve information
Exerts high pressure to try to scare you into paying,  such as threatening to have you arrested or to
report you to law enforcement agencies and even serving papers or warrants for your arrest.

If you think that a caller is a fake debt collector:

Ask for his name, company, street address, and telephone number.  Tell the caller that you refuse to
discuss any debt until you get a written "Validation Notice"  That notice must include the amount of the debt,  the name of the original creditor that you are alleged to owe, and your rights under the Federal Fair
Debt Collection Practices Act.  The caller has 5 days from his first contact with you to provide this information in writing and you have 30 days to dispute it.  If the caller refuses to provide any of the information given here,   do not pay the debt.  If you do pay,  then they may make up another debt in the future and try to get more money from you.

Stop speaking to the caller.  If you have the callers address, send a certified cease and desist letter with return signature requested,  instructing him to terminate all telephone calling.  If he is a legitimate collector,  he will adhere to the law and  cease and make no further telephone contact with you.  If the caller continues to call he is illegal and most likely not a legitimate debt collector.

Never give the caller personal or financial information or any other sensitive information.  Never give out or confirm information like your bank accout number,  cc numbers,  and most definately any part of your SS number (Including the last 4)

Scam artist will use this information to commit identity theft, charge your existing credit cards, open new credit cards,  checking accounts, writing fraudulent checks, or taking out loans in your name.

Never Ever give any information out to any caller that is unknown to you,  regardless of what your caller ID says or what they tell you.  If it is legitimate,  they will eventually notify you in writing.

I'm with you kyle. I hope lil Joe hangs in there too. Alot of us are getting bored.
The Nigerians are rapidly returning to their ghettoes. The Indians have been outed and are starting to get desperate. It's time to move on and a scam is a scam.
Now poor, pathetic Joseph will ask "So what? Who the f*** are you?". To which I'll be more than happy to respond; We are Scambaiters Joey! Google it you miserable toad. We number in the thousands. With the help of sites like this we can cripple organizations that make yours look laughable. Piss me off Joe!  Respond with more of your illiterate babble. We'll be more than happy to let your boss know that you're responsible for the onslaught.
Debt Collectors have a job to do. There are laws that apply to how they do it. Done in accordance to those laws, it must be condoned. It's when they step outside the lines that it becomes criminal. Fraudulent bill collectors are Scammers. Simple as that.

Says Joeeeey,  "Actually I'm not a collector"  Well why don't we all go back to the 1-800 board and look at the posts under  1-855-874-2607......IT'S  JOEEEEY!  Read all of the posts and see whatcha  think ;)   You sly rascal you.  I have to give you credit.  You have totally removed all thoughts of you being a collector.  You are a full blown scammer!   You should publish your writings.  You would set the bar and raise the standard so high that all other scammers would pack it in and get a real job...love ya Joeeeeeeeeeey

Is this Joeeeey?  I'll bet it is!    hey Joey,  I'm a fan of yours.  I've read some of your posts under other 855 numbers on this board and let me tell you man, "I AM IMPRESSED"  I believe that you are the best public relations man in the whole world,  you velvet tongue b*****d you!  I think that it's hard working and dedicated people like you that gives scamming a good name.  Honest,  noble,  sincere,   a pure pedigree you are!
And the fact that you are not a collector,  and you owe no debts,  and no collectors or scammers ever call your phone,  and yet,  somehow you found your way to this board,  under this 855 number,  defending the collectors/scammers like it was your mother's virtue.  Now,  I have to admire a man like that!  I'm guessing that it was devine guidance that brought you here,   JOEEEE!!  Hang in there man...I'm rooting for you!

Spoken like a true scammer...Probably sitting in a dark corner sucking his thumb....whimpering and getting madder and madder.  I too enjoy hearing the slobbering and sobbing of a bottom feeding collector.  Hopefully I can contribute to costing him a little money to and if I am lucky,  maybe I can get a blood Pressure rise out of him.

yea...aint it cool...and then when we get them whining and rambling and cursing,  it just makes me feel sooo good all over.....Nothing makes my day more than to put a stick in the spoke of a scammer ,   or a pissy little debt collector,  maybe cost em a few bucks, and then the ultimate prize of hearing them cry and whine and
do a little school yard snivelinga.   Heck  I wear that like a badge of honor plus knowing that I have struck a nerve........oooooooh   It feels so good...... We don't really know if we are getting to them,  until we hear them whine....luv it...
