everyone on here should get an atty, b.c they are a 3rd party collections agency, they are in direct violation of FDCPA, and they are threatening you on a recorded line and voice mail they can be sued for alot of money, anyone they are harrassing can also sue them and anyone who they have given someone elses personal business to without the consumers permission can sue this comp also.. I do collections and there are atty that specialize in suing companys like this one who intimidates consumers on a daily basis

some comments have been deleted from this site.  There were 2 pages of comments where people was complaining about Allstate Mediation.  This company work with payday loans such as Ace Cash Express and etc.  If their collections dept cannot collect their payments, they turned it over to them to collect the debts.  Yes, they will call and give out personal information to whomever you listed as  references.  They use "threats" just to make you pay.  They do not have the rights to say that they have a warrants and blah blah..if they acting all rude, throw it right back at their faces.  You need to do a research on this company before you pay them your money.  They will not send copies or anything.  Just want their money over the phone by using your credit card on the same day you communicate with them.  Again, please do some research on these people and find out where they are located in case you want to file complaint with BBB.

Got several calls this morning!

I also recieved a call from this number asking for a friend of mines to call the 1 866 number in regards to some charges against her and to appear in court. Some mediation and it was important that she called this " MILES " person. So i'm assuming there is nothing to worry about if they actually call this ? If there were such charges, the court, officer, would be the one to CONTACT that person .

A message was left on my voicemail for a friend of mind about some charges filed and she needs to call this number so called named Mediation Firm. She called the number and it says Allstate.

my brother got the same message but they called my boyfriends #. so my brother called allstate and they told him to google the number and sure enough there's something fishy about it!

i got a message from some unknown number saying i would have warrants issued to me and i needed to contact this number...i called and it says allstate????  no clue whats really going on but it doesn't seem legitimate.
