Wow these are the most understanding debt collectors i have ever delt with, i wish that they could handle all my debts. They are willing to work with almost any situation! Also can work with what you can afford. Very nice people they were willing to give me all the info i needed over the phone to find out weather this was in fact my debt a lot of people wont go out of there way like they did for me and trust me i have had plenty of bad experiences. They are truly a blessing to me getting my life back on track.. all i can say is thank you.

Well said, Denise.  People fall upon hard times, due to medical emergencies, etc.  Nobody should ever judge anybody's situation unless they have been there themselves.  
And regardless, debit collectors are to abide by state and federal laws.  People that are having financial difficulties do not need to be harassed incessantly and by illegal, condescending standards.

Well maybe you should get you facts straight be for posting something you obviously know nothing about, any 800 number is toll free when you call it!  Debt collectors do NOT have to give they name of there employer unless specially asked for from such person!

The same thing happened to me and this person is also calling me at work.

Called me from 386-256-4845 but left a message for me to call back at 855-413-0859.  I will not call that number back because 855 numbers are toll free for the recipient but not the caller.  Girls name was Kim Renee and she did NOT identify the company she represents.  If it is in fact a debt collector, it is illegal.  Keeping a tally so I can blast them the next time they call.

Received a call from these people. They don't identify themselves as a debt collector - which I believe is illegal.

I just got a new phone and they keep calling and i have told them they have the wrong number.... they dont listen...

what bill collector? I would like their address so I can write the consumer protection agency. So they leave me the hell alone.
