This number is PIC (Partners in Credit). They leave personal messages on company general mailboxes. The messages include the name of the person they're calling for, the name of the company they're collecting for and the fact that it's an outstanding account, they leave the file number and contact name but not the name of the collection agency. I only found out when I called the number to let them know that the person they were trying to reach was no longer at the company and asked them to stop leaving messages on our general mailbox.
