I received a call last Thursday from a guy from 229-518-6153 saying he has 'legal documents' for me to sign for. The address he used was an old address. I live hours away from that address, haven't lived at that address in 2 years. He said I need to call 885-493-1010 and he gave me a claim number (?) to call and make arrangements to get these documents to me. I didn't call. I checked the number out online and found this site and a few others. He called back and left a voice mail and he called again today. I told him if this is legit to mail the papers to me via the U. S. Postal Service. He got real nasty and said they would find me and serve me the papers. I told him...do that and hung up on him. I don't know who these people are. I am reporting them. The 229 number is from Level 3 Communications.

This # 855-493-1010 and 218-249-1944 keeps calling me. You ask them who they are they say Alliance Capital Management. When you ask them what kind of business they say unless you give me your name they will hang up on you.Tthey called me again later on and it came up restricted and I hit bi*** be gone and they called right back 5 times. They say they have a legal matter to deliver on the 218 area code # and they want to know when you will be home. WTF is wrong with these people! They are VERY rude.

Peter Donaldson has a long criminal back ground for fraud and identity theft as well as the company he is trying to get you to call at 1-855-493-1010. Be care full and don't give out any personal information to these people! Have them mail you the papers if that is their claim.

It is a SCAM just to scare you into calling them this way they will try to illegally record your voice with a series of questions to start your claim all over again. Make sure you always google all phone numbers that call you and star 67 before you make any calls to these scum bags or unknown numbers. If you do have a debt make sure you pay the original creditor. They are the only one's who can remove it from your credit report! These scum bags don't have the power to remove nothing from your credit report due to they are second or third party and the credit unions think they are a joke!  

I got a call from 708-218-9990 which showed up on the caller ID at 3:46pm 05/05/14 which is a spoofed number. AT&T does that for the Drug Cartels, Fake Bill Collectors and Criminals. But someone left a message his name was Peter Donaldson said a Mr. Sosa was scheduled for a delivery of some fake papers by no later then 5:00pm Wednesday unless they here from  Mr. Sosa and the number that was left was 1-855-493-1010. He was trying to sound all tuff to intimate someone. The only thing is I have no clue who this person is since I got new service from AT&T 2 weeks ago. If they fell they want to show up and walk on Private Property Uninvited well they can meet the welcoming committee  4 100lb Pit Bulls.

I was left a message that they would show up between 12-5 either at my home or my work on Monday the 21st of April I was out of town that day so I don't know if they tried either but haven't heard from them since. I am nervous that they will try to garnish my wages with out me having a chance to fight the bill.

Just report them to the FCC and block their number.

I have received several calls (on my cell phone) from a local number stating that I must be available to receive important legal documents at my home or place of employment several days from now. The caller has left 3 voicemails instructing me to have my photo ID ready on a specific date and to call 855-493-1010 with a certain confirmation code (provided) if I have questions or need to change the date of delivery.

Here's the thing: whoever these guys are, they've got the wrong number. The person they're leaving messages for is not me. It's clear they're making an effort to sound like a legitimate company or government agency trying to deliver some "legally required" documents pertaining to a recent purchase or application of some sort, but they don't even have an accurate/updated phone number for the person they're trying to reach. The whole thing reeks of an elaborate collections scam. They want people to wonder what "important documents" they're delivering and call back out of confusion, then they drop the bomb (claiming you've got an unpaid debt).

If you do decide to call these fools back, be very careful and maintain a healthy amount of skepticism. Don't let them take you for a ride.

This company is using the the name Capital Management.  Someone or some group has been using that name and has a long history of abusive debt practices on 800notes.com

Looks like kitchen-table debt scammers to me.  I'd ignore them.   If they have a legitimate debt then tell them to send you a written copy of the debt and have them send it US mail.  No e-mail, no phone.  If they won't do that; tell 'em to go to hell!

No process server calls up to give you any warning.   They just show up.

I received a call from an unknown # and they told me to call 855-247-0913.  They also told me legal documents would be delivered to my home either 4/29/14 or 4/30/14 between the hours of 12-4p.m., and that I had to be present to receive the documents. Did the caller say which days your documents would be delivered?  Did the caller also tell you that they would come to your place of employment and serve you the papers and that your boss would have to be present as a witness? That's what my voice message said. I did call the number.  It was a company called Dominic & Paul Campanella.  They said that I had a payday loan that I never paid.  However, I have no recollection of ever taking out a payday loan.  I'm not sure how to proceed. Any suggestions?

Did anyone ever receive the documents that they were to deliver? I received the call on April 21 and still have no documents.

Got a message left on my phone that told me to call back 8554931010 if I had any questions. The message stated I needed to make myself available for some documents to be delivered. I have no idea what it is for. ?????

Same here! I got a call from 7865075993  told me to call back 8554931010 said that they are handling dept that I own from 3 yrs ago. From nbc shop. And I told them I dnt have it. They said they gonna send me a document that I have to sign.... But they able to know my address and ssc

The actual person calling came from 636-688-8297 but was able to tell me my social security number, address when they left a message.  They told me to call 855-493-1010.  This is the 2nd go around with this scam for me.
