It's a scam! They will not come any where. They use scare tactics like taking you to court and or jail to make you pay them. This is violation of FDCPA. Federal regulation for collecting on debts. In this case these debts are not even true!!! Please smart and don't give them you bank account information!!!! Hope this helps

Someone from court server is trying to call and threatening to serve the summone. I am afraid that they will come to work and have a scene.

this is a scam. Person who claims to be an "investigator" says he has a felony warrant for check fraud. Don't give them any money or information. Eventually they go away when they realize you're not paying.

this is a scam. Person claiming to be an investigator says he has a felony warrant for check fraud and will be serving it at work. Don't pay these jerks anything. They will keep trying for a couple days and eventually go away when they realize they're not going to get any money out of you.
