I called this phone number today because there was a charge to my account for $1.00. It felt like the guy who answered was in a small room, very unprofessional (called a co-worker while I was on the line and also had his cell phone ringing in the middle of talking to him). He tried to get my information from me, but I was on high alert already and would not give him my address or billing information. I told him my name and he didn't even ask how to spell it, so I know it was not legit, because my name is one you cannot guess how to spell. He said he saw I signed up for my creditscore in 2012 of June. I looked all through my statements and could not find anything. The charge came through on my card while I was at work in Feb of 2014. He said he would put me on with the escalation department and I felt so uneasy, that I finally hung up while he was talking "If the company finds out you are using their wifi, you will be fired" to another employee. I immediately called my bank to cancel my charge card.

This website has taken $30 out of my checking account on Friday and I didn't know about it until today.  I'm in the middle of disputing both transactions.  Also, is it possible to get a refund or what's gone is gone?

This number belongs to a scam website that's registered and listed as active in the state of Florida. They are a so-called credit monitoring company, but they are not. They are scammers who use your information to hurt you, by using and charging the credit card you use when signing up for their so-called service. They are corrupt and foul.
