they had someone  call my home talking bout i had fraud charges against me, and that i would end up in  jail.  the call ended up with us making payment arrangement

First a strange number calls and gives this number to call back, Threatening legal action. There are so many scams out there you can't tell what's real or not, so I have to assume its a scam.
