I am going through the same thing with this company except they gave me a case# and told me that I was going to be served at my job. Me trying to avoid any issues at work and the embarrassment of being served set up payment arrangements. I am now seeking an attorney to file a class action lawsuit, if you are interested respond. I am a single mother of 3 and going through alot, the last thing I need is to be harassed. They are very rude, nasty and down right ignorant.

I am an attorney and this company kept trying to call my client after their bankruptcy had been filed. My paralegal tried very nicely to get them to stop, but this is one of those companies that just talks and won't listen to a word that is said. So I called. after telling me that I should drug test my employees, it started to get colorful. This guy is the most unprofessional lying sack of fertilizer that I have talked to in years. (And I do criminal defense!)

It was a true displeasure to speak with him and then he told me that they made no outbound calls and outsourced their work to "locators". Frankly, they need a class action lawsuit and a legal knife across their business jugular. Times are hard enough without having to deal with people like this.

Do not call this number. Have your attorney go straight to the court.

I VERY NASTY UNPROFESSIONAL compant seeking to get money owed by you to a third party source. Progressive recovery systems. Apparently they hunt people down that failed to honor pay day loans YEARS AGO.
