Blue Dawn is another name for Blues on Call, a service to some Blue Shield members (such as myself). I don't mind have a registered nurse available, 24/7, to answer my health questions. For some bizarre reason, they've taken it upon themselves to CALL US to remind us Blue Shield members about health issues that we, in the past, have agreed are important to be monitored.

I called the number and, within five minutes, got to talk to a human being, who agreed to put me on the do-not-call list for their company. If you are a member of Blue Shield and getting a call from Blue Dawn, you can contact them and let them know to stop.

Received robo call from 412-773-7748 - Blue Dawn something or other, had first name of cell phone account holder; directed to call back at1-855-566-1546.  As we're on the DO NOT call list, thes is especially egregious ... must be some kind of scam!

The number on caller ID said it came from 412-773-7748, but the message left this 855-566-1546 number to call back.   Received calls on 11/10 and again on 11/14.  Based on other posts, I am not returning these calls.

I received a call from a local cricket cell phone (412-773-7748) saying it was "Blue Dawn" Health something or other.  It knew my first name and asked to verify if it was me.  I did not respond to any other questions.  It then gave me a number (855-566-1546) to call back for some very important health information.  Gotta be a scam of some sort.

stating....it was from "Blue Dawn" - managed care & asked many - personal questions - I did not respond - could not get a "person in spite of saying so - asking who - push * and 0 a nd #

None successful in getting a person.

We have no "managed health care" -   This is SCARY - need to find who else to report this too!!!!!
