Stop calling this phone

they also have caller ID I called this # back to see who it is and right away and they answered the phone with " hello (my first name) hung up on em right away

this number called for my daughter about a medical bill that she has been making payments on. they trying to collect money from her when she is paying it. unreal these people need to get honest job.sad what people try to do get money.

Its also probably past your states statue of limitations also! Since you have proof its paid, I wouldn't worry to much about it, but I would put them in their place..  They need to provide proof in writing, not phone call, not email, not fax!  And if they are calling multiple times, they are in violation of the laws!

Please do file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general,FTC & FCC..

Debt collector Professional Services Bureau, trying to collect a $23.74 medical bill balance from over 10 years ago which was paid by insurance 10 years ago. We have the physical payment records showing it was paid, but they insisted they would not have received the account if the debt was not valid. LOL ... morons. Although they were polite morons.

Called at 7:01AM  - no msg either. I figure if its important they would a msg & not be calling so early in the morning

I got divorced about 2 years ago. If I knew the company they were trying to collect for I would probably call back since my ex was really good at ignoring debts.

This number calls about once a week, never leaves a message - hangs up as soon as the answering machine kicks on. Nothing shows up on Caller ID except the number, no name associated with it. So we never answer and they never leave messages. Other people say that it's a collection agency, but I assume if it was they'd leave some kind of message for the dead beat they are trying to find.

Unless at least a name appears that I recognize,  I won't answer the phone -- period.
