Just received a call from 855-607-3385, didn't leave a message and I don't recognize this number. Anyone know who this is?

This no is First National Bank of Omaha (aka firstbankcard.com) and they're a huge issuer of credit cards for many different banks round the country. If a bank is smaller and does not want the hassle and expense of running their own CCD operation center - they can subcontract with this firm for card issue, security, customer service, etc.  Many times when you log onto your own banks CCD web site, you'll notice a "re-direct" to www.firstbankcard.com. That's who this number belongs to. The 855 area code as a caller ID annoyed me. I had never seen that particular toll free ID used before. In my case they had called regarding a problem I encountered on their web site - their new screens are written in an older version of JAVA and some of the buttons will not "click" when you click on them. The problem is theirs because of authoring screens in the ancient version of JAVA vs using the latest and greatest offering. But then banks are notoriously cheap in their spending of their own money on anything other than loss prevention/security and executive bonuses. <grin>

It's First National Bank a legit phone call. In my case about potential fraud on my card.
