This company is full of themselves do not give them anything they are a third party debt collector who bought your file or an old file at pennies on the dollar and now they are trying to "scare" you into paying them. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING they will take you to the cleaners and the debt will still be there. They are a joke there is no lawsuit there is no processor there is just a bunch of scam artist in a room trying to get you to hand over your money. Do not fall for this please

This number keeps calling saying they have charges filed against me and they are coming to present me with papers. I am getting frustrated.

If the charges were real, would they not have your information??? The next call will probably be "The police are coming/ jail time". Looks like this is a scam. Give no information to strangers.

Number keeps calling saying they have papers for me and charges are being filed against me and they need information from me to deliver the papers to my home and to my place of employment.
