I received a call from a private number stating that he was scheduled to appear at my home with court papers on Saturday and that if I did not contact the number 1-855-641-1250 that I would be served as well as my mother and cousin. I called the number and a man by the name of James Sullivan stated that some attorney's office owns my claim now because some company bay the name of a platnium b services was no longer in business and I would owe $3,000 dollars if i was taken to court, but if i settled out of court I would only have to pay $954.38. I looked this number up on look-up and it brought me too this site. I know that this is a scam because when I told him that I needed documents so that I can give them to my attorney he got quiet and then told me that he was going to contact the attorney that was handling my case to see what he could do and I should contact him back in 24 hours. THIS IS A BUNCH OF BULL!!!

Recvd a Private call number that was left was 855-641-1250 called and a Mr Sullivan pick up the call it was stating in the Voice mail that was left that they would be at my job and or home to serve me and I need to have id in hand. As I stated you are trying to collect on something that was settled in a Bankruptcy and that I would forward this number to my legal counsel and presue legal action. The called hung up

The first called from a unlisted Private number and gave me 1-800-641-1250 stating they needed to collect a debt returned by my bank. I asked they for what debt, while looking up the number on my look up program on my computer. It seems that this number is trying to  collect money on debts denied by our Bankruptcy.
when I told him I would contact the FBI he hung up.
