JUST HAPPEN TO ME TOO.

Thank you so much for your information, These people have contacted people who are not family and have left threatening message, SO RUDE.  Today they called my job.  I'm not calling back

I received a message from Michael Banks (405 area code) advising that I immediatley call 855.659.0695 to prevent being served at my place of employment. He indicated that a claim had been filed against me.  He provided a 6 digit claim number and then said 'you have been officially warned'.

JUST HAPPENED TO ME AS WELL - SOME GUY NAMED CURTIS WATSON SAID CHARGES WERE BEING FILED AGAINST ME AND HE HAD PAPERS TO SERVE; SAID I HAD TO CALL THIS NUMBER IF I DIDN'T WANT HIM TO GO TO MY JOB AND CONTACT HR!!!  THEN HE GAVE ME A CLAIM NUMBER AND HUNG UP ON ME.  TIRED OF THESE IDIOTS!!!!

Left message at my wifes employment April Moore wanted to know the protocal for submitting a formal claim against her. Referred to her as "Miss". Said she had charges pending against her and said she had officially been notified.

Called and said there was a claim against me and they were suing me and serving papers. First, my dad is an attorney and they called the wrong family to screw with.  They are scammers that pray on people and they believe that if they scare you into thinking you did something wrong, you will give them money.  Dont call them back or they will know the phone number in which they are calling is valid.  Total scam and my dad is filing a report against them with FCC (Feeral Communications Commission). So sad what are country is coming to.

Scammers. They get info from online records against people and are now saying they are suing me.  Scam artist central!  Dont give them info. All they want is you bank account information to take every nickel you have. Is a scam!

yday loan. Said someone will be at my house to serve me tomorrow.
