Ive been receiving harassing calls by this number and they leave messages threatening with documents that are going to be sent to the clerks office. They even called a family member of my sister in laws husband, who don't even know me enough to be getting harassing phone calls for me. Who can I call to report these idiots? They do not say who they are or for what reason they are calling. This is first degree harassment!

I received a message from an unknown number claiming they are sending documents to the clerks office and that I have 24 hours to call them back and voluntarily solve the issue or else. They did not leave a name or an explanation. Very weird and harassing.

I got a call from the same guy at 4PM on a friday for an HSBC credit card that went to chargeoff years ago and said if I didn't pay the amount by the full amount the attorneys would sue me. He insisted on a method of payment over the phone.

The message said it was for a man I do not know...I did not call back.
The second message said my first name(which is on my message machine) as well as
the other name and mentioned an old address of mine.
I am sure it is a scam...and I won't call them back.  The messages are of a
Harassing nature.

I keep getting this call stating that a man  by the name of David Garcia and he was contracted to find me and that there is a supina to  tesify in court.

the call i recieved was supposively a call from a police officer stating that I got a supeona and was to call a law firm back called S&M Law Associates......when I called back, no one picked up and just said to leave a msg. I found it suspcious.
