This people calling me again, they call me first on May 22 and I got very scare until I found this forum.  Gretchen Maria with the Legal Department of Great Lakes Arbitration.  Now they say that I need to call them because some allegations against me and my Social Security. And to call her back to 866-848-5350, my caller ID showed 855-673-5295.   Definitively this is a scam.

They called me and harassed me at work! Told lies to my employees! They said I took a loan out on my business! I don't even own a business I work for a corporation! They harassed me and my employees! I wen absolutely nuts and kept calling them back am harassing them! Now I get a call on my new house # from some Sanchez guy! When we call back the number it says the number can't accept incoming calls! What a bunch of bs!! Don't give them anything! Report them ASAP

These people called my sister at her place of employment to tell them that they were looking for me due to a warrant and also gave her a docket number. Makes no sense~~

If possible, record any messages they leave and forward to Karen Davis with the NY Attorney General's office at Karen.Davis@ag.ny.gov .

He just called me AGAIN! This guy "Markus Sanchez" has been calling me for well over 2 months now and I have yet to be "served"... I'm not interested in their scam. Wow... what is wrong with people?

I have been getting phone calls from an unknown phone number for a while but I finally received two messages both from and Anthony gallows claiming to be an investigator. this guy is calling me on a Toledo Ohio phone number claiming that he has a docket number for me already. he says if I don't resolve this they will serve me in the form of a summons and send police to get me.says he is sure we can resolve this over the phone. claims the allegation is from October 2008 in which I did not even live in Toledo Ohio I lived in Columbus Ohio.

I just got a call that came up as blocked but the left a voicemail asking for Tiffany Smith.  They said that she has 48 hrs to call back.  So I called back, to tell them that they made a mistake, and I get Great Lakes Arbitration.  It appears to be a scam from what other people are saying, but I'm not sure.

I just got a call from a unknown number string there was a summons to be served to be about legal documents and to call this number. I called it it was Great Lakes aberration . Is this a scam? they said they will serve me at my job? I just got this job

I received a call about 30 mins ago. It was on my machine (phone) and he did not give is name, but said a name I know and said he need to call back this number (855-673-5295) and ask for a Mr. Dedole to take care of a sitation and gave the number. He said they had flag his drivers lis. and his id. You can't fix stupid.

I just received a call from this number, they call my cell phone first and immediately my house number.  He said his name was Mike Williams, a process server with Tarrant County. He said that he need it to serve me with a court summons and left the number 855-673-5295 with a case number.  He said that I need it to call them back to voluntarily met with him to get served or they will go to my place of employment ( I don't work) or my house.  I think this is a scam.  I don't owe anybody nothing.  I just move to this state.

I JUS GOT HOME FROM WORK TO RECEIEVE A MESSAGE ON MY ANSWERING MACHINE THAT I NEED TO CALL THIS DAVID BURK 18556735295 SAID THEY WERE TURNIGN ME OVER TO MY COUNTY LAW ENFORCEMENT DUE TO A UNPAID ONLINE CASH ADDVANE THE SCAREY PART HE HAD MY FULL NAME ADDRESS AND SOCIAL I SPOKE WITH A DARREN BREEZE BUT HE SOUNDED LIKE THE SAME GUY WHO LEFT THE MESSAGE SAYING HE WAS DAVID DARREN FIRST SAID HE WAS A ASST. THEN LATER IN THE CONFO SAID HE WAS THE OFFICE MANAGER SAID THEY WERE OUT OF BUFF. NY AND HIS EXT IS 205. THEY ALSO SAID THEY WERE FROM GREAT LAKE ARBITRATION I GAVE THEM A EMAIL I AM TAKING TO THE POLICE I HAD THIS HAPPEN LESS THEN 6 MONTHS AGO WITH A MAN WHO SOUNDED LIKE HE WAS FROM INDIA AND HAD IT WROTE UP IN THE LOCAL NEWS PAPERS BECAUSE IT WAS HAPPENING TO MY CO WORKERS ALSO PLEASE BE CAREFUL MY CREDIT SCAORE WENT FROM 650 TOO 100 AND ITS A MESS TO GET IT BACK......

I just received a call on my work phone number from a Mike Williams stating that I was to be served today by Great Lakes Arbitration.  I do not know what for, and I think it is a scam.  They may have gotten the correct county where I reside and live in, but he basically stated I needed to call this number (855-673-5295) to make arrangements to take care of this.  Obviously, they do not know where I am employed.  Besides, I have been served before and they don't do it like this.  Bunch of bull crap!

He said that he was a processor and if I did not calllthem and ask for a David burkt or dave udall that he was going to serve me and law enforcement would escort him Ru o my work or home

These are some STUPID a** FKRS, cant wait until they get caught because they operate on threatening phone calls and call themselves investigators and state they have warrants etc, BRING IT!!!!

Did anything happen? I just got the same call from the same person stating I wrote a bad check. I don't write checks LOL! This HAS to be a scam... I'm sure it's someone who got phone numbers, etc. from a payday loan place, or something along those lines. People are ruthless. :(

Someone call said his name was Marcus Sanchez a processor and if I wanted this matter resolved had to call this number asap, he was the investigator and law enforcement if I didn't want  a car sent to my home I had 24 hrs. to clear this with the attorney.
I asked attorney's name he said just to call that number. I asked what County he said San Quentin, I said there is no San Quentin, he did not even know how to Say San Joaquin.
