Why can't I find Government Contracting Online listed in the Florida Secretary of State web site?

On the governmentcontractingonline.com web site, why is their map of "Government Contracting Online-Regions"  the same as the FEMA zone map?

And why is this other company called Federal Contracting Online listed on Yelp as being in the suite right next door to Government Contracting Online?  The street address, by the way, is in a strip mall in front of a trailer park:

Call from Teresa Care at 855-682 4153.  Wanted me to return her call about "a 1 year no bid opportunity".  I assume it is a cold call for some type of service for Federal procurements.

Ellen Martin called from this number. She wanted to speak to the owner of the company; said it was regarding 1 year no-bid program working with federal government.

No additional info was left so I assume it was either a scam or a cold call based on some government database.

She did not reference the name of here company.

Based on (admittedly very quick) searching, they're a "give us money" to "find" you contract jobs, with, unsurprisingly, unhappy customers. I'd call scam.

John Searr  called from this number. He wanted to speak to the owner of the company; said it was regarding 1 year no-bid program working with federal government. Sounds like a solicitation to me. Said there was a guarantee. Who knows?

CALLED A SMALL BUSINESS ASKING FOR THE OWNER SO THAT THEY COULD GET A BID FOR A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT JOB. SAID THERE WAS A PROGRAM THAT COULD LEAD TO "GREAT REVENUE" FOR THE COMPANY. SAID HIS NAME WAS RODNEY. DID NOT IDENTIFY COMPANY. THIS SEEMS LIKE A SCAM!

i bought advertising from this company to see how well it would help my small business, To my surprise it worked out fine, i am  receiving calls from federal agencies wanting quotes for my products,ive made some contacts i feel i would not have had without the help from this company, they have always been professional when ive called with questions about procurement, give them a call and see for yourself.

receives bi-weekly nuisance calls from company after requesting them not to call more than year ago. Filed FTC complaint, still receiving calls.

now they are Government Contracting Online
