Just received a call from these folks or at least someone who called with the same area code as me, and of course they claim that they have charges against me, etc, and that I have one option which is to call some firm that they never mention (just a case number). I refuse to deal with anyone who cannot name the firm that has my case. I refuse to deal with someone who does not know how to remotely quote the law, tell me what the claim is, where it came from, and so forth. These people are a farce, and anyone reading this should understand that you do not deal with them. If you answer the phone just tell them that you will speak with your attorney, and that they can proceed from their.

Agree with Ole.....they make it sound like the world was coming to an end.  They use illegal tactics and threaten you which is against the LAW.  I just laugh at these people.  I did owe $100 to a pay day loan company and this Metro group acted like I had "charges" against me and were going to my personnel department.  Ridiculous.  I said "you can't fool me.  I know the law and you are breaking it."  Then they back down.

Just got a call from this number .. they are trying to collect a debt from a family member.. it came in Blocked.. Never answer a Blocked call..... made it sound like the World was coming to an end.
