DONT PAY THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it IS a real debt but they add alot to it

I cant seem to reach these people at all neightor all I get is a answering machine but when they needed my cc information back in 5-16-13 they gladly answered.

I just turn off my answering machine
blast em with a air horn
unplug my phone
fax em a my middle finger.

I checked my acct this morning and there is 190.00 gone from them.. I havent set up anything. I need money!

They called me as well and they got about 300 from me. They lied I never received my payoff letter in the mail. i have been calling and calling.

TOOK MONEY OUT MY BANK AND CLAIM THEY DONT KNOW

they just too 150.00 out my bank account without permission saying same on 8/6/2013 and claim they didnt

do not give any more money to them

I and my family keep receiving a call from Alliance Solution 855-7216053 is the phone number. A Bradford Bauers keeps calling me and my family stating that I have a court case pending due to a payday loan (I don't remember taking out).  If I don't settle this debit they will take me to court over this issue. I am trying to clean up my credit and can't afford to go to court. I was feeling threatened and gave them my cc information over the phone to make payments for the next month. If this is a "hoax", should I stop my payment arrangements? and take my chances.  When I lost my job four years ago, I did take out a pay day loan. However, I remember paying it back. It's been so long.  Some one please help me? What should I do?  I don't want to cancel and then have the court say I wrote a "bad check"  or something else that would lend me in jail. I'm a single mom of 3 children.  I need someone's advise.
