I got a message from Amanda Lewis on 10/31/2012 on my work voicemail asking to call back.  Birds were chirping in the background.  She started her message by saying, "Hey" ... unprofessional.

I called her back on that day, twice.  I left 2 messages asking her to call me back on my cell phone.  I wanted to know what this was about.  No return calls.

I got a call the next day from Ann Marie Davis who called me from a blocked number, so I did not answer and had her leave a message.  Her voicemail said she's an investigator and her assistant has called me yesterday and she's returning my call.  She left her phone number but she said it quickly, I couldn't understand.

She called me again and I answered.  She said I owe $652 to TIOR Capital.  I've never heard of them before.  I asked her if she has an account number or any information.  She didn't have it.  I asked to get something in writing.  She said they can't do that.  Then she kept pressing me for my account information to pay this, or she will contact my employer and police so they can come and pick me up from my job.  She's full of crap and very pushy, but she didn't make me blink once.  I eventually ended the phone call by saying, "call the cops."  

Don't pay anyone unless they can provide you with a validation notice or information.  This chicken head didn't have much information for me to just leak out my account information.  I was born at night, but not LAST night LoL... she's a loser.

Called my job to tell me that she needed to talk really b***s***.I am working so WTH..please get a real job and stop telling people that you  have a case against them

I received the same call, same line of BS!  I've tracked the number to being a cell phone number out of Jacksonville, Fl.  However, it is listed as belonging to 3 different people - 1 from North Carolina and two from Florida.

You'll find you're not the only "victim"

This person, Ann Marie Davis, IS the fraudulent one.  She is making calls all across the US, using this same line - "investigating fraud".  When she is questioned about her investigation, she can't find her paperwork.  Don't be intimidated into giving her a damned thing.  She will threaten to have you "processed" at your job.  She's full of crap.  She may very well be a debt collector (???), but if so, she has violated so many laws.  Don't be fooled.  Demand that she cease contacting you immediately.

Some one called me from this number and left me a voicemail saying: "this is investigator Ann Marie Davis calling about an investigation that I am conducting in the state of MD regarding a case linked to your SSN"
Umm weird. If she's investigating anything about me why wouldn't she send me a certified letter or a subpoena? *insert sarcasm emoticon here*

An investigator name Anne Marie Davis stated she's calling me about a fraud investigation with the State of Philadelhia and SS#. What does that mean?
