Me, too.  TXU.  They never offer you anything until you're already gone.

It is TXU. I have received several calls from this number since I have switched. When I finally called back they wanted to make sure I got my final bill was what the lady told me. I asked them why they were constantly calling like they were a collection company. She stated that the system calls to make sure we received the final bill since it isn't automatically drafted. I stated I received it and it would be paid by the due date which is two weeks from now, yet they call like I was past due. Very annoying.
