I got on the Bank of America website and called an official number. It is a number for a legitimate third-party service provider associated with the Loan Modification department. The official number I called:

I got the same letter. what I did was I went into a bank of America branch to have them verify if it was from BOA and was it legit.,and they said it is from their Home Loan dept. at bank of america.

Hi, I recived a letter asking me to call this number for a Payment Reduction offer for my Morgage with Bank of America. Did you recieve the same? Were you able to determine if this is really from Bank of America?
