Calls 24/7 but hangs up when I answer? Leaves 5 voicemails a day with no one talking??? Calls at inappropriate times and refuses to take me off the list. Fuck this company.

This person call me at work saying that his name is l j smith.... saying that i own $4900 and to send the money to him calling back the number and it's not in service can someone please look into this company

Received a call from 1-855-777-4274 ext. 2350. Don't know who this SUPER RUDE person is but I told her that she should stop calling here as whoever she is calling for does not work out of this office. She told me to "do my job and pass the message". Sorry, but basically a glorified debt collector calling me out as a "lesser" person than her because I answered the phone. She says she's legally entitled to keep calling because she's verifying employment. She sounds like she has a pretty miserable existence.

Received a call from 1-855-777-4274 ext. 42350. Apparently my phone accidentally answered a call from them, and despite nobody actually being on the phone, they stayed on the line for 28 minutes. They have bombarded me with calls, and cost me greatly.

For some reason, they keep calling me and ask for David Meisner. I don't even know if that's how his name is spelled. They have a machine calling my number, telling me that this is an important message for "David Meisner,"  advising me that this is not a sales or marketing phone call and that I should contact their offices immediately at 1-855-777-4274 to speak to an account representative about an important personal business matter, and that I will need to refer to the reference number, "AC488914."

If it was so important, I would think they would have had a real person call, and this could have been sorted out in a minute. This company doesn't care who they harass with their machine, and they clearly don't value anyone's time. They are part of the reason why I switched my home phone over to a VOIP service (TekTalk), so now I can program their phone number into my "Unwanted callers" list; in effect telling my machine to not accept calls from their machine. I refuse to accept any burden of responsibility that I have not agreed to, and this includes calling them to tell them about their screw-up. I then decided to take the time I would have used to call them to sort this out to write this message to advise people that relief can be found with VOIP services such as TekTalk, and no, I don't work for TekSavvy, I'm just a very satisfied customer.

This number deserves to be on everyone's unwanted caller or "Block" list, and my story deserves to be spread all over the Internet. Want to have some fun? Feel free to call them, tell them you're David Meisner, and use reference number AC488914. Also feel free to share names and reference numbers publicly. Tell them I sent you. Instead of asking,   why don't you be that someone who takes action to stop this?   Everyone on this discussion board would like for it to stop.   No one can do anything except report it because  It costs a lot of money to prosecute and a lot more to defend when you don't have any.  The American people are left to dangle and seem to be considered as a liability more and more each day with this government.

Even I get calls from this number and it really annoys me. Please someone take any action to stop this after collecting these bulk of complains at least. I have a prepaid connection and it costs for me for getting these useless scam calls. This is the sad part of this. Please consider.

I have been receiving calls from this number for I think about 2 months now. There were messages left for Claudia something. I decided to ignore them, as they were not for me and I figured the calls would stop. I was wrong. The calls turned into leaving the name out, and saying that I need to call them regarding a business matter. So today, after I received another call from that number, I decided to call back. It is a collection agency. It was a quick 3 minute call. I provided my number, told them that the person, Claudia does not live here. I don't even know who that is. The rep asked how long I had my phone number, then apologized and said that he would remove my number from their database.

Getting unwanted calls from this number looking for people.  It is so frustrating.  Please stop calling and remove our number.

2 1/2 yrs of these people calling for a woman I don't know ! 855-777-4274 .Called  and talked to #'s of people including the do not call list . Good for a month or two and then you know what !!!!!

After the first phone call (of meny) I got a text from them that says "Voice   Msg notice Total: 1 (0 urg)." WHAT IS THIS MADNESS.

STATUE OF LIMITATIONS that's all you have to say to them!  If they harrass you after that they can be SUED!

And if they have the wrong number and you have told them this document every time and date they called and if at all possible record any conversations you had with them and then you can SUE!

This company has called numerous people in our home town , giving them information concerning a person they are trying to contact.  The people they are calling has NO association with the person they are looking for but we know every detail as to why they are calling.. we even know the persons name.  I called to discuss this matter with the company and spoke with a very arrogant fool who thinks he is above the law when it comes to disclosing another persons confidential matters.  Is there a contact to report this unethical collection agency?

Keep getting calls for a Gerrard J Stewart no idea who it is but they have called from 3 different numbers I was going to call back 1-855-777-4272 from my phone card and although I have $4 left on the card it told me I only had 3 minutes for the call to this number toll free my butt

I keep getting calls for a Andrew Gunther, I do not even know this person!!  This is driving me nut as they phone all hours of the day !   I have told them 50 times that I don't know this person and to take my number off his "account"......STOP CALLING!!!

They post ads on Craigslist, Kijiji,  backpage.com, any free websites allowing free postings advertising jobs that pay from $11.50 5 to $12/hr. + commission for customer service reps for collections office.  Contact name/address: M. Mary Kane @ 95 Quebec Street, Oshawa, ON (1-905-579-1926) re job postings.2 addresses listed:  1190 Melville Street, Ste. 600, Vancouver, BC  V6B 3Z1, or Ste. 101, 20 Valleywood Drive,Markham, ON  L3R 6G1.  Don't know if this name/addresses are even legit.

Got same call twice on Jan. 30th asking for 2 different individuals.  DNCL does nothing to protect the consumer.  See episode on CBC's Marketplace, Jan. 11th to learn more about their so-called DNCL list.
