When the scamers called or you called them back did they have your information pulled up similar to what the actual TWC company does when you call their customer support lines? If so I believe that TWC has been hacked and if we can get enough people to prove this then we can hold TWC accountable for not having the appropriate security measures in place and should get the amount of money we got scammed with back.

I got 3 calls from the number - no message.  Answered the last one and they offered 6 months at $60.00 per month to be prepaid by me.  I told them "great scam" and hung up.  I than called the Time Warner office, they could care less.

Theyve called me before. I gave him my card info and just kept naming random numbers, way passed how many are supposed to be on a credit card. I figured the guy would get fired up like he got me an then i just said numbers until he hung up

They called me again I told them when I see the cable line connected to my house I will give him double what he's asking he said thank you and hung up on me lol

Really, you work in a bank?  What is this bank's name?  Possibly the "Overseas Scammer Bank" or the "Give Us Your Money So We can By Drugs Bank"?  How can you possibly work in a bank and not be able to form a coherent sentence?  Anyone who asks for payment up front with a greendot card or many variation thereof is a criminal, kind of like you.  so why don't you go chill now in a jail cell because that is where you belong.

No they are not scam, i've been using their services from last 2 months working fine, actually Time Warner is also outsourcing the campaign like bell, remember when you pay through credit card you are secure for 45 days limit for chargeback or refund. so dont worry about that.I'm working in bank i know all game.chill now

YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO CALL 855-789-3214 BACK TO GIVE THIS INFORAMTION. CLAIMED CABLE BILL IF PAID 6 MONTHS AHEAD WOULD SAVE MORE THAN HALF ON TIME WARNER BILL.CALLED TIME WARNER AND THEY NOTE NO SUCH DEAL AND VERIFIED THIS IS A SCAM.

NOTE: THE OTHER NUMBER HE USES FOR THE TEXT IS 443-671-4360. HE ALSO CALLED BACK FIVE TIMES WHEN HE DID NOT GET THE CARD AUTHORIZATION FROM ME.  

Yes I got the call, it is a scum . They are from India and I called time warner cable and they don't know about them. They want the pre paid card and they want want u to pay for it in cash.

Caller said he was from Time Warner Cable and giving promotion of 59.99 a month for 2 year contract.  Asked for credit card and 6 month advance payment. Beware of this scam!

I picked up and they immediately hung up.

They claimed they were from Time Warner and also wanted me to pay of 6 months in advance. They wanted to me to get a prepaid card or something. I was so annoyed at the fact they wouldn't just bill me and they kept giving me the run around they finally hung up on ME!

I called Time Warner and they said they have no such promotion. It was a scam!

Caller said he was from Time-Warner, offered a great deal on internet/cable service (<$42/mo, including taxes) for 2 years.  Then he wanted 1 year paid in advance before they would make a service call.  I asked for a Time-Warner number to call to verify the deal and he gave me this number (the same one he called from).  I looked up Time-Warner on-line, called them directly.  They said they were offering a deal but that I was not in their service area.  Beware.............

No one replied and hung up 30 sec into the call
