Now everyone needs to go to the FTC website and their state's attorney general's website and file a complaint. I did that and my state responded within 48 hours confirming this was fraud. And they are now dealing with it.

I did the right thing and told them not to contact me at all. I sent them the legal forms of do not contact me..and when I asked them to send me the information of the actual bill? Yea just kept yelling at me to pay them. Also when I told them I would have my BANK write them a check. What was their information for the bill and thier company? No answer. Couldn't give it to me? Why? Cuz they scam from old bills bought n sold a million times over.
So I hadn't heard from these jerks for awhile, today I recvd a call saying Jacob Campbell with the Carroll County District Summons Process Center for Fraud charges? Really?
How much longer could you get ? Then give me some 1-855 number? That is not a court number in Carroll county. I am not stupid..oh they also stated they will contact my supervisor and Human Resources.
Well, they have not been sending any threats other than this one.
It is scarey when you are a single mom but I am reading so many other people who have the same problems.

for the record, Process Servers DO NOT call you in advance to tell you they are "bringing out documents", EVER... this is an attempt to fool a debtor into thinking some legal process is taking place, which it isn't.  they are making false threats to scare you into paying. NEVER pay a debt without receiving actual verification of the debt by mail (not email)...that describes the original debt or loan amount, they must provide this (by law) within 5 days of the initial communication to you.  If they refuse to provide you with a company name and verifiable company address, they are operating illegally.  They must be licensed and/or registered in your state to do business in your state.  File a complaint with your state's Attorney General or with the Federal Trade Commission.  they are NOT a lawfirm, and there is no such thing as a "pre-legal"department....just typical scare tactics...don't fall for it.

I received a few calls over the last 10 days from this phone number (855-800-6782). No company name was given, only department names. Threats were made if I did not call them back. I have contacted an attorney, I have filed a complaint with Attorney General in my state, and the FTC. I plan to sue them. If you get a call from a company who is not giving you any information in the voicemails they leave or they are making threats, do not call them back. If you have the means to hire an attorney, do it. Call or go online to your state's attorney general's office, fill out a form, and also fill out a complaint for with the FTC. Give them as much information as you can. Hopefully the government will get this company and make them pay for what they are doing.

Received a phone call from this number.  It was a man named Randy Navarro claiming his driver had attempted to deliver documents to my physical address and had mailed notice to my PO Box.  Said the documents were from LVNV, which is a known junk debt collector. Asked me to call them and find out what this was all about.

The company name he gave me was American Document Services.  I googled the company name and the first thing I saw was a scam alert.

Debt collection outfit, calls themselves Global Document, it calls saying I have a package with important documents.. b***s***.. gives some tracking # too.. a***oles. Dont deal with them.

I received a call from this number the other day and whoever was talking was talking so fast that i couldn't catch the name of the company. i didn't answer nor called back because i knew its one of two things, a scammer or a debt collector threating someone. Something really needs to be done about these threating phone calls or whatever because its too much going on in the world for some company to be threating people like they do.

Got a call from Terry Anderson saying his "driver" tried to deliver a packet of "legal papers" addressed to me unsuccessfully a week. ago. He requested a call back to confirm a new delivery time and date for this Friday, at my home or job. Needless to say - there was no delivery attempt made, and I do not have any business with this company - which he identified as "Global Document Services".  Sheesh - debt collection in the 21st Century!!

THAT SERVED ME AFTER NOT RESPONDING TO THE FIRST DEMAND LETTER THEY SENT 55 DAYS AGO I WAS AT WORK MY HR DEPT HAD ME SIGN BECAUSE THEY SERVER WAS IN HER OFFICE WITH MY SUPERVISOR AS WELL..WHAT A BI***   WOW ..$2378.00 FOR SOME CC MY STUPID EX WIFE USED UNDER MY NAME...!!
