scam- you get to pay to talk to this telemarketer- if you phone them. These people need to be shut down by telus and the post office.

we got the same letter. ignored all the phone calls.but looked the address up on google,its a realty office but thought it might be a scam

Sounds like I received the same scam letter as Randy did. Thanks for confirming my suspicions. The thing that angers me the most is how Telus and Canada Post can not be held responsible for enabling their scams. You can complain until you are blue in the face and they always have the excuse that they can not remove their right to use the service despite the illegitimacy of their work!! Unfortunately our legal system only works for those who have the money to buy the lawmakers!!

We received this letter. The address 1285 West Broadway, Suite 600, Vancouver is listed to a company called Intelligent Office, a virtual office company with outlets throughout North America including at the address in Vancouver. I have sent an email to the Intelligent Office advising them of this fraud.

Appears to be a Condo Trade scam - claim they will eliminate all my future Maintenance Fees. lol
