As Above - Called Every Day - sometimes twice.  And if we were busy and didn't answer, they started calling our cell-phone!

Nation Wide Credit, a junk debt collector. This is a new 800 number of them.

If they are calling your telephone number and looking for somebody else. say the following: "This telephone call is BEING RECORDED for evidence of telephone number privacy violations; the person that you are looking for does not reside at this residence nor has use of this telephone number. Do NOT call this telephone number again, or you will be reported for violations of the Telephone Consumers Protection Act."

If they are calling your telephone number and looking for you in regard to a debt that you have not been able to pay due to a legitimate financial hardship, say the following: "This telephone call is BEING RECORDED for evidence of telephone number privacy violations; All telephone calls are inconvenient, do not call me again. Communications with me is to be done in writing, the ALLEGED debt that you are pursuing is disputed in its entirety; please send a debt validation letter. Do NOT call this telephone number again, or you will be reported for possible violations of the Telephone Consumers Protection Act."

Same thing here.  It's daily, leaves no message and always calls at weird times.
