This number called me threatening to serve me papers.....i do have some outstanding med bills but i am permanently disabled.....can they legitamately sue me? i am on a very fixed income and i have nothing for them to take!

Judging by the looks of the only two posts that came on the same day and both sound fishy I am going to step out and say it is crap. I had a call like this to my parents where I have not lived for 8 years and I have tried calling back to tell them to quit harassing my mother and I get no answer. I have checked the bars in the state it happened and there is no record....CHECK THE FACTS!! SCAM!

Recieved a call from this so called law office threats of serving papers to my work. After i looked into this i found out from my local legal aid office they are really serious . I recieved a letter even to verify who they were after i called a second time to set up my payments with them . They helped me out and made it affordable so i can still function daily bills and still have a life .

reseached this number and it is linked to the law office of william costello atty at law reguarding legalities..................legit business...........
