I wrote them a check which ended up bouncing and they ignored them, thinking they would just eventually give up and go away. Unlike the normal collectors that seem to move on, these guys actually contacted the TX AG and reported me!
AG didn't really care about the debt part, but because my check bounced was over 200 I was given a warning...

Never had that happen before

They are ok for a collection agency.
Didn't threaten me or anything but were firm.
Ended up settling.

I ignored them at first, but then I received a letter from the attorney representing them in Buffalo NY, who was filing judgment in Erie County. Not enforceable since im out of state but it still goes on my credit...

so is this company bogus or not. a lady named brittany lee called and lft a msg stating that my case was reopen an put back on her desk and i have 48-72hrs to return her call. what company is this i've never heard of them

They called for about a week and then stopped. A couple weeks later I received paperwork from Erie County regarding a judgment claim.

Personal Financial ,your s.s . # might of been used , he thinks your a victim of fraud

contact them for a voluntary statement  before it gets forwarded to county court

keeeps calling not leaving message.
