i received a similar message about an accounts payable job.
I have applied for jobs in the accounting field recently.
I agree sounds fishy. An 855 number and they leave a text message, why not just call.me

I also just received the same message. Hi matt,call me about the Tech Support position Associate job you have applied for.
Well being unemployed for almost a year. And have been looking and applying for jobs since.
I called the number. They already knew who was calling .And knew my address and E-MAIL and asked me what other positions I was interested in and how far I was willing to drive ? I was told I would receive an E-mail with in 24 hrs and to fill out the application .I haven't received it yet. and i probably won't.let you know.
Like I said before being unemployed I don't have time for games it's such a sensative area and they know peaple are volnurable.and are willing to do anything to get a job. (WELL SOME OF US).

I have received 3 text from this number asking me to call regarding a medical coder position I applied for  and I haven't even applied for a job.

I am sure it is a scam.  I believe I will call my phone provider and have the number blocked.

I just got a text from apptree n i ain't gonna call or text them. they r scams.

I keep getting those same text messages from a place called apptree, wanting me to call them at 8558152685.  I will not call them!!

do not call they sent text message and no decent company texts about a job app where do they get this.

Message from 855-815-2685 asking me to call them in regards to a position I applied for.
I deleted the message due to the fact that I do not want my cell # used to make overseas calls and get huge charges

DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER BACK........OR ANY OTHER 855 #

Wise & correct move- don't call back a 1-855 number. Not all of them are toll-free. It can easily redirect to another number, with you paying the charge.

I don't want to respond to it at all!  Not even to text STOP for fear of them charging my phone bill some how.

I just found a text on my phone asking for me to give them a call about an administrative assistant job that I applied for.

They send you text messages saying they're from company called apple tree. A regular company doesn't send text messages if they're looking for employees. They should know your info never give them what they don't know about you.

who is this company?
