Every few days I have a message, some recorded some automated, wanting to speak with someone I have never heard of.  I decided to call and tell them that whoever they are trying to locate does not live here nor does he have this number.  
The man I spoke with was relatively polite, but when I told him to remove my number I was told "unless you have the case number there is nothing I can do."

These calls are beyond annoying and the most troubling part is even when registering with the don't call list you still get them.  Is there any way to make this stop?

Someone called stating they were from chase and I had an important message put in your zip code. I did that and nothing happened, Call chase and see new nothing about it.

Nov 10, 2011   received a message on home answering machine to call 855 820 5213 for important message.  Returned the call, but only heard two clicks and then disconnected.

Same problem. They call at exactly 8:00 PST. I notified a Relations Mgr at Chase and they said they would look into it and I will get a call back.
If you are all trying to get a Mortgage modification and have been waiting a long time, 1 plus year, then this my be a set up to take you into forclosure without notification because you didn't return the call.

Same problem as others. Tried it three or four times with various zips nothing takes

Same thing happened to me today. I still don't know what the "important message" is.

Message identifies itself as "An important call from Chase Message Center and to call 855-820-5213 to get my message.  When I called that number an automated female voice directed that was a private message for (the name on my loan) and if this was me to verify by entering my zip code, repeated the message again and after entering my zip code a second time the voice said "Good-bye".

Got this message also: CHASE Message Center.  Glad the only information they asked for was my zip code; but why?  Chase says it is NOT their number.

Got a call this morning from this number.  I called Chase and talked with my Relationship Manager in the Mortgage department.  She called the number and all it said to her was Good-bye and it hung up on her.  And this is FROM Chase

I have been getting these calls today and eysterday only theya re now asking for the last four of my social!!!! Scary!!! Bank says they do not do this I will report them also.

This number called with a recording using my name and stating they were calling from Chase. They asked me to put in my zip code and when I did, it hung up.

All of these comments are correct...same here....put in your "zip code", then they say good-bye.
These calls are annoying. Bogus crap.

Same exact thing happened to me. Wonder if they are looking for zip code to use with debit/check card online or in another state when they ask to verify your zip code to ensure that your card has not been jacked or stolen?

Got a call from this number with a message to call Chase.  WHen I called the number an automated lady said Goodbye and then hung up.  Strange.

Same thing happened to me.  I called Chase and they said they didn't have that numer in system. Sounds like fraud to me.

person leaves a message says call us back for an important message, I call they say my name and tell me to punch in my zip code to verify who I am I punch in my zip code , they say good- bye... What kind of bull s*** is this?
