I just go this message and they didn't even have the right name. Is this a scam?

I just got a private message with this number to call back. but they didn't even have my correct name. Then they gave a fax number to respond to. Is this for real?

This morning Travis county Sheriffs came to my house and served me with an appearance ticket for charges that are BS, All I did was not pay back my loan and now I have lost my drivers license and have to hire a lawyer and go to court, WTF someone please tell me what the hell is happening right now

I ignored the calls because of what I read on here, and I was served last night and my drivers license was taken from me and I have to go to court! Does anybody know what this company is or what they do because I was told not to call them because of scams but now Im thinking I should of?

I paid my cashnet loan off at this same number and got a letter and everything.  I called cashnet and they told me they sold the loan to the same people i got the paid letter from.  seems ok to me.

I actually called this num because they called my sister claiming i had a debt but when after speaking with the man and calling my atty as well as googling their num the man called back and was livid when i informed him i called my atty to make sure he/the business he represented was not a scam and went back to threatening to take my license and charge me a 1,000 dollars in interest

Caller stated if I didn't call back by end of the day my county would issue a warrant to collect on a debt but couldn't say who I owe.

Stated there was a warrant for my arrest due to a loan.
