not sure who these jokers are but they are messing with the wrong person. I called Consumer Credit Helpers, consumer watchdogs they are. They get things handled quickly and free. I cant tell you how wonderful it was dealing with them , when i contacted them after i kept getting collection harassing calls. I owe money on a payday loan i took put but couldn't pay back. I want to pay it back but not at the price of all the collection calls, harassing me everyday!

Got a call from a Mr. Goodson claiming to be with the office of the Magistrate of Harris County, Texas claiming that I had a pending lawsuit for fraud.  When pressured, he cursed me out and hung up.  He has contacted my boss with this.  I recorded most of the calls with Google Voice.

I have received the same type of call from a Kevin Edwards stating civil ligation.  I asked questions that werenot satisfactory answered.  The caller became irritated when informed that Legal Group takes care of such matters.  The caller further tried to pressure in settling the debt.  I had to correct the caller when he tried using terms that are used in criminal litigation.

They called twice and left a message. Something about pending litigation.They have a certified notice of intent to appear in court and are providing me with a courtesy call to let me know they will be serving me the next day at my recently moved from location. They also knew my car and plate number. Not sure what it is about, they left a claim number and said his name was Kevin Chase. I called the number back they left and the voicemail says Melinda Russell. I did not get the voicemails for over a week because they called with their number restricted and I never answer those and usually erase the messages for those before I even listen to them. He did state that he would be looking for my car (though the litigation couldn't be for a repo or anything) and said "My name, you have been served!" at the end of each voicemail. I never received another call though past the date they said I would be served.

I am getting harrassing phone calls at work.
