I got a call today with the same info. I had some charges filed against me and should call this number ASAP.I got this call two weeks ago as well.Have not called them but googled it.

Got a call from "unavailable" -- didn't pick it up; went to voicemail. A woman (supposedly Investigator Pat Roseborough -- sp?) asked for "Joyce Braxton" (not me!) and said that Ms. Braxton has papers being served against her; the call was to verify Ms. Braxton's address. The "investigator" then gave me a Harris County District Court number to call: 855-833-9541. After hearing her message, I didn't call the number, but instead GoodSearched it and found that it's a scam. BTW, she gave Ms. Braxton's pretrial case number: #269836.

Same here they called about wanting my address to serve me , saying there was a case against me. I just wish people would stop trying to get over on people with bogus accusations to get you to call them back and give them your correct address, and any information their suppose to have when they contact you anyway.

these people keep calling they state they have papers to be served and they want to verify my address because theres a claim against me.
