this number has called me numerous of times in one day.when i finally spoke with someone he told me his name was roy and that i owed them money...so not true

This guy also called me. He told me after I told him he was full of s*** that he will continue to call my employer and harass them. I said go for it they have the police involved. Tracing number and all.

Got a call just like that today, saying there was an unsecure loan taking out with my SSN and dob.
For one thing my date of birth they had  was incorrect. They ran down all this legal jardon , saying they will come to my house and lock me up. They said it would affect my credit score, my job and I should not consult my lawyer. His name was Joseph Garner and he had a heavy accent sound like he was from India.  When I told him I need to contact my lawyer he discouraged me from doing that. I knew it was a scam when I said I need to call my husband and let him know , he said to keep this out of cours to not notify anyone. After that I hung up on him. It's a SCAM

Called my work goes by Kevin Smith, thick indian accent threaten me, I hung up after telling him I knew this was a fraud.  he called me back angry and put a supervisor with the same last name told me not to interupt...i said I know your a fraud and I have contacted the police guy told me f*** you and hung up!!!

This same guy has been calling me at work all week!  He told me a few days ago that unless I cooperated, he would have to "serve me"  So i said, "Serve me what?"  And he got flustered and says "well..paperwork....and you will go to jail."  I laughed and said okay sure, and then he just called again this evening, he said " well since i wasnt cooperating he will have to come to my work tomorrow and "serve me.  and i will need two forms of ID and a witness."  I said, "OKAY, SEE U THEN!"....Too bad i have never taken out a payday loan before.  Its starting to be a bit rediculous! this was a guy with an american accent and said his name is Kevin Smith.

just got a call from these guys saying my mom was going to be arrested if she did not call back.i checked the internet and found out it was a scam.my mom is 66 years old and i do not think she anyone any money.how do they get all the info they have

Had the same thing happen to me.... but I work in a restaurant and the guy kept calling my work line for an hour every 3 or 4 sec...I figured out it was a scam so I called this butt head back and told him the gig was up that pissed him  off huge... So I then called him back 25 times LOL LOL LOL LOL  just saying the gig it up : )

This also just happened to us. The Attorney Generals office said they are aware of them and have received numerous calls.. IT IS A SCAM. WE immediately called our telephone provider and had their number blocked. Do not give them any information.... I like what you wrote below and if they call from another number I will record it like you suggested. This has become very disruptive and if someone starts a class action suit let me know.

Your "antiquates" - whatever an antiquate is are not good.  You made about mistakes just in the previous response on here.    

Your intention is to help someone resolve it?  By threatening to have them arrested, threatening to have them thrown in jail, threatening to have a them "...fall into a big black hole from which there is no recovery..." is one of the things you said on my message.  

Why would I feel rude or bad, I didn't do anything to you - did you mean: "If I feel like I have been treated rudely or badly..."  Is this what you were trying to say?  Just do your BS lying collection job - we all know you can not have anyone arrested & you are not going to sue anyone but respect you are just doing your job you are getting paid for - it's a crummy job.  But please do not pretend like you are a well spoken, "talk with good antiquates..." when you don't.

This so called Kevin Smith guy keeps calling my place of buisness for a employee of mine.  He tells me all the same as he told you all and then actually hacked into my companies phone system so we can not get any calls and all of are lines we have is of kevin on the line.  Kind of crazy right?  The number he provided is actually him and he will answer so me and a couple others I know decided we will do to him what he is doing to all of you.  We keep calling him telling him we need to collect a debt his mother owes and if he would keep her out of the bars then this would not be an issue for him.  then tell him he must pay the bill. lol  If you all ban together and call him to collect a debt then he gets mad and will leave you alone.  call him at 855-846-2559.  As if you needed the number right?

Got a call they said all the same stuff as above but instead of just saying I need to pay them, they told me that i was a terrorist, they were going to come to my house, I waited outside and a man showed up in a red car started to get out, saw I was holding a gun. He hurredly got back in the car and left. These people have also written a check in my name... I don't have checks...

Abyone get a name or an address

I have been getting calls from this number for a couple of weeks now, I haven't been home until today.  A man with broken English called me several times stating that I had taken out a pay day loan with US Cash Advance for $300.00 and I could make a settlement payment of $450.00. He also stated that if I did not want to pay the settlement amount that I would be going to jail and the amount would increase to a min. of $3,000.00  ,that they (the investigating company) would also freeze on my bank account and stop my Social Security checks. The investigating company even had a lady named Christi call me from another number once I confirmed my name the same man from before got on the phone demanding the money. The number that Christi called from showed up on my caller ID as Dollar General, when my husband called it was a business. The investigatng company had tapped into Dollar Generals phone line.

People with foreign accents calling my boss try to extort $ 500 from me. Claimed I borrowed it from USCASHADVANCE. From the web site US CASH ADVANCE IS A forwarder. I never borrowed money from them. Doesanyone have a link to file an FDC complaint.

My mother-in-law has received phone calls from this number.  They've threatened to have her arrested at her place of work and place wage garneshments on her paycheck.  I began calling them on her behalf, and a man with a thick Indian accent said that she, my M.I.L., owes $511.00 for a payday loan she took out.  He tried to say that it was their right to arrest her at work because of what she signed.  The kicker?  After getting a false address and repeatedly calling them back, a worker who ID'd himself as Ramone Ext. 7001, threatened to kill my Mother in Law.  "Is this Dan?"  I said, "Yes."  "Your mother in law is [...] [...]?"  I said, "Yes."  "She is finished."  I asked, "Finished?  Finished how?  What do you mean by that?"  "She will be killed by me."  I said, "Is that right?"  "Yes."  Ramone is my new best friend now.  I think that I'm being too much of a pest thought, because I keep calling back and they don't answer.  In fact, two different people said that I have the wrong number and that they're not a collection agency.  Weird, huh?

i too am receiving very threatening phone calls several times a day. they say i am up for fraud for not paying a pay day loan which i don't have! guess i will change my number.

I am receiving calls at my job from this number. They leave your social security number and all on a recording. I am in the middle of Bankruptcy due to being out of work for over a year. These people do not care, and how are you supposed to get your life straight when they are putting your job on the line with their nasty calls!

Yes Steve Clark and David Jones I have spoken to also Did not know people from India had american names i have told them to send the paper work but of course they never do and just continue to call this last time i called them several times and told them my attorney said to send the paper work and we would take care of the matter. Of course i expect the calls to start again but i know it is all a scam and just wish there was some way to make it all stopU6

Also go to the Federal Trade Comission website and you will find out what your legal rights are or google F.D.C.P.A.. There is a form to fill out and send to them for the harassment. They can trace anything. But for safe keping tape the conversation

This place just called me. They use different phone numbers. They will lay off for a while, and then come back using a different number with a different name. They call me at work mostly. I have contacted the Attorney Generals office and the FCC and the FTC. Don't verify any of your info. Ask them for there Tax ID Number, Phone where they can be reached, their Main Address and the owner of the company. The persons name that is calling you along with their employee number. She will send you to the supervisor who does not give their name, He will ask you for your name, DON'T verify it. Tell them you are now contecting them to the FCC office, Don't forget to have that number readily available. Also if at all possible tape the conversion and tell them you are doing so. He will then start threatening, cussing, in a very thick Indian accent. Don't fall for this. My attorney says we can get a class action suit on them especially if they don't stop calling you are work.  THIS IS A 100% SCAM. DON'T FALL FOR THIS. This is another way of some unreptable foreign company trying to take good AMERICAN money

Just received a weird phone call from this number and he stated his name was David Jones advising that someone calls him back or else he then goes on to say that he wishes we good luck...sounds like a prank fraudulent call...how can this number get block from all databases this is very disturbing

I received a call today at my place of work from a "Steve Clark".  Message said he was investigating a bad debt lawsuit against me.  I immediately knew this was a scam.   I had recently applied to several pay-day lending companies for a short-term loan and I assume this is how he got my personal information.  This is the second time I have had such a call.

Very disturbing call and AT MY WORK PLACE!! Calls starts off VERY friendly...then the Man w/heavy Indian accent starts to give me all my private info. like my ss#..my TDL#..my address..place and address to my work!! When I asked him how he got all my info , he said he was investigating my where abouts to send an officer to arrest me not unless I wanted to agree on a settlement PRICE!! I then told him I worked for an Attorney and he need to speak to him I also told him to come to my work place and "try" to arrest me HERE..This is when he hung up the phone! Of course now my concern is that he does have all my personal info!!! How can we stop this!!!
