I got a call at work and on my cell from ext 306. Phone # 888 246 1908. He said I was a reference for some one who is applying for a loan. I had no idea who the person was. I'm not sure how they got my number.  Weird. When I asked how he got my number he told me not to worry about anything that he would write in his notes that I didn't know the person.

I am getting the same calls from Vivan Ross, and when I pulled that company up its a collections agency, they are full of crap...i called them yesterday big mistake cause now they have my phone number, and she told me they were in indiana, but then told my mom they were in michigan, but when i pulled that company up they are in new york..don't fall for it.

got a call from Davis rich and associates,, they were looking for my daughter, for supposedly having multiple secondary civil complaints,, I research these people, and they are fradulent, and if they call me again, I am going to report them to the Attorney General,,, My daughter did respond, and in doing so she asked where they were from,, they told her Indiana, and when I spoke with them, they told me Michigan,..they will NEVER hear from us again, only, hopefully through my lawsuit that I will throw out on them, if they persist.... enough is enough......

I just got this same call.. Vivian Ross 855-851-8426 accept she never gave me the extension. Said I was a cosigner to and "INTERNET LOAN" hmm.. how does that happen? So tired of people trying to get something for nothing..

They just celled me and told me that there is a case where I am apear to be the Co-Signer. They need to hear from me or the case will not procede any longer.

Recycled collected attempts, Each year at this time I get a call like this, dating back to 08. My Cash  sold to a collections, which settled and took the money and ran. Twice now some other collection picks this up tries to run with it.I still have all the paper work and Hope they will serve me and bring me into court. Mr Paige 855-851-8426 ext 302 go for it.

I just got a call from this number and Thomas Castle is posing as an attorney saying if I did not call him back I would have to appear in court as a character witness for a chech fraud case.

A collection agency cannot file criminal charges only the DA can

You cannot and will not be arrested for a bad check on a Payday loan. Having the check post dated removes the intent to defraud. They are a***oles.

Called by a paid server and asked to call this # 855-851-8426, to mitigate an impending legal service upon my person. After researching and calling, they threatened and tried to belittle me, to no avail. So, I explained if they would notify me when to expect them, I'd be waiting with painted breath. They are bullies and bad debt collectors, strangely enough, for the purchaser, a "Bad Debt is just that, a Bad Debt".

The office i found out is unfortunately legit. I spoke with my attorney and gave her all the paperwork that these scumbags sent me. I have to appear in court in 90 days for a bad check for a payday loan. I took this loan out in 08!!!

i just got off the phone with the office of Financial Regulations and told them my story and that the guy had my county sheriffs office call my work and speak to my boss which is Human Resources and he filed a complaint against me for hanging up on him while harassing me at work. The gentleman from the office i spoke to is sending me a form to fill out for a complaint against this guy and he said scammers are really reaching out and coming up with more ways to scare people into sending them or giving them money. Because no one can find this a***ole yet he is going to continue to threaten everyone and harass everyone he can and nothing can be done about it until they find him. Its going to take up to 30 days for someone to call me back and then they will in turn try to contact this jerk and let him know he is violating all kinds of laws. Like hes going to care if he knows they cant find him.

I got a call from these people 2 weeks ago. Contacted the bbb. Apparently they are NOT a law firm. But they are trying to get money out of me for a bad check that was issued in 08!!!! I think statue of limitations expired on this already. I received paper work  at my place of employment letting me know that i am being charged criminally for this. Can they do this? The bbb said they are licensed all states but how can they charge me criminally??? HELP!!

They called yesterday and because i hung up on them they have called pinellas county sheriffs office on me and they are on the phone with Humna Resources giving them whatever information they have about me and filing a complaint against me now for hanging up on them.

Just got a call and they asked for Human Resources and when they got voicemail they called right back asking where my boss is and they think its pretty rude she never returned his call last week.then he asked who i was and that i am the one they are looking for . I have to give them a statement for the criminal act i committed? I told him do not call my work its harrassment and he then insisted i better transfer the call to my boss so he can tell them how uncooperative im being and i will be served with papers from my county courthouse. he just wanted to let my boss know that i will be arrested and she might want to have back up for me when i go to jail.

Contacted the NY attorney general and there is recent open case against them they said they are a rougue collection agency and they are looking for them. They said there is nothing they can do to you. Do not let these criminals get away with telling you otherwise.
