This is a debt collection business that keeps calling or a person that doesn't live here anymore.  I am on the DNR list.

I was just charged $24.95 for the first time and reported to my bank who said they will file a dispute.  My Bank provided me the phone number 8772258658 for Handy Values, which is the same number as shows up on the debit line in my account statement.  I called and, of course, they said it was not Handy Values and I had the wrong number and "terminated the call".  Is there a different number that you called to actually speak to someone? I can't afford to be giving away $24.95 every month (almost $300 per year).  I need every penny I earn to pay my bills.

I've gotten calls but have it saved in my phone as Do No Answer. I send t straight to voice mail. I do not have any out standing debt or a credit card of any sort. I got home from dinner with my family this evening.. they left a business card ON MY FRONT DOOR! They CAME TO MY HOUSE!!! Granted, I've only lived here for 3 weeks and they could be for the previous people but to come to my house. WOW!! That's above and beyond!! The business card has RWR Case Number 202819415 URGENT MATTER Ask for Investigator Rathman 877-225-9522. When I search the internet for RWR nothing comes up of value of a company. I do not feel safe :(

So what then.  Did the bank do something?  What bank do you have?  How long since they said they would send you a refund request form?

I just realized this is happening to me.  Same answer when I questioned the transactions. They said they would cancel the active account and send me a refund form to start the refund process.  What happened in your case?

have been receiving charges for $24.95n a month for 6 months now from "Handy Values"  ....when confronted , said that i had subscribed to the "free coupon service" 7 months prior, when i purchased "something" on line....there is also an international fee assessment each month with the debit card withdrawal!!!...finally got a person on the phone, who states that i can get refunded for the 6 months worth of charges once i fill out a request form and they investigate whether or not i used their "free" service....absolutely amazing what supposed companies can get away with...i had been chasing the charges, as well as my bank, for the last 6 months and finally discovered a working phone number, but no actual company....of course, i havne't yet recieved my form for reimbursement....are we surprised??!!....and the amount each month for the 6 months total isn't enough to try to prosecute, as it didn;t raise any flags until i went to the bank and said what the f**k....

HANDY VALUES, 877-225-8658 it's a marketing scam. We order something online and some how they got our c/c and have been charging our c/c $24.95 a month plus international fees of .75cents for I don't know what. They said it's a rebate and coupon company. I disputed all of their charges since Nov 2011. When we called them they are a call center and answer several different company names

This number does the same to me..i've had it BLOCKED, i suggest you do the same.  They will never back off until you actually pick up!! If they call on another line of yours, my mom who's an attorney, says to call the BBB!!!

who wait just a min.i agree with on the point of a C.C. it is chase card services. and i agree with you times are tuff and i am the same as far as not paying them right away, but the way you wordid it is 100% wrong "they aen't getting my money?" wtf man,! if you used the card  YOU GOT THERE MONEY!!!

They called this morning, Sunday at 8:40 AM. She asked for me, I asked who she was and what business she worked for. Under FDCPA this is anyone's right, 3rd party or not. If this number is calling you got to this site

I am getting many calls a day.  I do not know who they are.  I did answer once and they asked for me by name but would not tell me what company, just his name.  I will not answer again but this constant calling needs to stop.

have received 7 calls today form thisnumber and i answered twice, once it rang for somebody to pick up and talk to me and she couldn't even say my boyfriends name correctly the secondi was put on hold immediately. they call constantly! i want them reported so much!

It's GE Money Bank or their hired collector for Care Credit. Hope this helps!!

This number has been calling at 7:00 am - even on weekends. When I answer there is no one there and no message.  What a ridiculous way to do business.  They just started calling on Saturday, called twice on Saturday and 4 times Sunday and so far twice on Monday.  I don't have a clue who this is, why they are calling, or even if they are calling the right person.  Unbelievable!

They are a collection agency.  I believe if you tell them NOT TO CALL THIS NUMBER ever again, they have to stop, legally.  Just answer and say, "Do not call this number again, contact me via US postal mail"! and hang up, this should stop it.   Let me know.

I get calls from this number every 30 minutes!!!  I, too, have called them back and get nothing. And they h ave NEVER left a message.  I'm like most of you, if I don't know the number, I don't answer it.  If it's something I need to handle, they can leave me a message....BUT, alas, they REFUSE to leave a message.  I do have a Care Credit account and it is MORE than current now, so why are they calling?  I was 2 days late with ONE payment and they started calling all the time.  But the account is current and hasn't even been used in MONTHS.....Isn't there some way that we can stop the harassment in cases like this?  Whether you are late or not, being called avery 30 minutes is truly harassment.

These are GE Money a**holes who not only are the biggest ripoffs in the credit world but they can't add or subtract or post payments correctly and will charge you for absolutley nothing.  Counted 31 calls the other day from this number and 6 others.   Do like we do....leave the ringer off on your phone.   If the call is from somebody you know and want to talk to, the number will be on the caller ID.

Yes, I am behind, I know this...I was laid off in July...economy SUCKS.  This however give these people (h.h. Gregg / Allied Interstate) the legal right to yell at me on the phone "PAY YOUR BILL, PAY YOU BILL."  I am reporting this to the FCC.

they have been calling my cell over and over...I have a care credit card with a 0 balance..and when I did have one I paid it off without any problems. They will not tell me what it is for and it is routed through many different states and several different numbers. This morning they called and I answered, then it rang on their end, someone answered said hello, realized that it was one of these calls being routed and then went into her routine. She asked for my babysitter, when I asked why they were calling my number for her, they would not answer and would not give me a supervisor even though they kept telling me the call was being recorded for quality assurance. I tried to call carecredit and their offices are closed on the weekends..I have never heard of a credit card company closed on the weekend.

how can i report them?  this is harassment. especially since they have the wrong number.

We are a business and getting so manu calls from this number - it is ridiculous.
