Running with them for 3 terms

I did ask them as I have had calls from about 10 different companies this year for the same type of 411 listings. Many of them as you have written do have complaints but I have found these guys to be professional and have spent much time helping me understand seo and online ads. I have nothing negative to write. Your opinion is yours...and it seems like you may have a little too much time on your hands. Maybe spend more time researching how to get more customers? Just a thought.

What are you ToddyTire & RogerGill, looks like your the same person.  @ RogerGill, how can you know if they are affliated with anyone else? Unless you work for them?  Caps locks on "NO WAY" is a tell right there. Did they tell you when they pitched you that they aren't affliated with anyone else? Was that something you asked, and are now so pleased with your service that you are on line, on this board, so satisfied that your willing to take it up for a company that actually scams people out of there money? Get real. Lets gets these crooks shut down!

Be careful!  I was suckered into this ;ast year, and they call me up aharrassing me for another 12 month payment because  the "terms I agreed to".they don't cancel accounts when asked the website is total garbage and justg when you think your out of the contract your might or might not have they tell you that you keep owning 700 something. not reccomending this service, advising anyone who is told by these people to fill out a fraud report . if you as senile as myself and actually make the payment, call your credit crd com pany right away, or put stop payments on your checks, dont pay these people, they threats are empty!

Listing services from Quebec

Got a call from a young girl named Shirley wanting to see if we wanted to add information to our business listing at no charge ~ then told us if we wanted to upgrade to a paid subscrption it would be $689. Was very upfront and professional. I informed her that we don't have a budget for that this year, she gave us another free term and told us she would try us next year. As a small business we get contacted almost daily by one directory or another...many times telling us it is a renewal of some prior agreement when its not.. these folks are very upfront and very low pressure.. I hope we can join next year!

Called from quebec updating an ad that we had complementary for being a business. No charges to update and add info but asked if we want to register for a higher exposure. $688 a year is a good price. Told them we'd think about it. VEry professional site and rep

Confirmed my listing and registered for paid service. Added many info for no costing extra. Very nice. We'll see how it goes

411 trying to get you to renew your listing. they do this weird two person verification thing and send you an invoice. Seems a little iffy and bad business practice.
