Definitely Microsoft Azure- missed their technical assistance call. Not a telmarketer. If you got the call in error someone listed your number instead of theirs for Technical Assistance.

I too have an Azure website. Must be them. I wish they would have called a couple days ago when I was about to go stark raving mad re: entity framework connection strings.

I can confirm it is Azure. I set up my account a few days ago and they have just called me to ask if I need help and offer free technical support. Very nice of them. :)
